Rhodiola is a medicinal plant performance dioecious or hermaphrodite,the different gender plant in medicinal component, tissue culture and other aspects have different characteristics, in order to further development the gender characteristics of Rhodiola, this paper use of Changbai mountain Rhodiola and Helong Rhodiola for material, to study the content of the chlorophyll and plant endogenous hormones in Rhodiolas, the influence of staminiferous plants grow carpels from exogenous hormones and compare the carpels of different gender flower in the microstructure, the results indicated that:l.The content of GA in Rhodiola the most is female plants, the second is staminiferous plants, the least is monoecious plants;the content of IAA in the monoecious is most, the second is staminiferous plants and the least is female plants, the content of chlorophyll in Changbai mountain Rhodiola the most is staminiferous plants, the second is female staminiferous plants, the least is monoecious plants, the content of chlorophyll in Helong Rhodiola the most is female plants, the second is.monoecious plants, the least is staminiferous plants;the content of GA, IAA chlorophyll in Changbai Mountain Rhodiola is more than the Helong Rhodiola.2. The content of GA in Rhodiola the most in the middle flowering, the second in the late flowering, the least in the early flowering, the content of GA the most in the early flowering, decreasing with the development of flowering time, the content of chlorophyll in male plants and monoecious are most in the early flowering,the second in the middle flowering, late flowing,the content of chlorophyll in staminiferous plants, the most in the middle flowering, the second in the late flowing, the least in the early flowering.3. In the cross-section of carpels of Rhodiola, the ovary wall thickness and the ovule diameter in the carpels of staminiferous flowering erratic growth changes, the ovary wall thickness greater than, in the longitudinal-section, the ovary wall thickness and style-length in the carpels of staminiferous plants, they are longest when the length of carpels is2-3mm, and they lessen when length of carpel s is3-4mm diminish when. The ovule of staminiferous plants less than female flowering, the ovary wall thickness, style-length, ovule size in the carpels of female flowering change regularly with the growth of carpels4. The carpels of male flower are promoted by GA, light concentration IAA and light concentration NAA, and the carpels of male flower are inhibited by high concentration IAA, high concentration NAA; the amount of male flower carpels grown inhibited with light concentration GA and IAA is less than which is inhibited with MS, and the amount of male flower carpels grown inhibited with high concentration GA and high concentration IAA is the same with which is inhibited with MS or more, the amount of male flower carpels grown is inhibited with GA and NAA is more than which is inhibited with MS.
