This research is based on some kind of pony planted in Shandong Agriculture University, East Campus, after full survey on pony florescence, we research the difference of florescence on different kinds of pony. In two years, we investigate the florescence of15kinds of pony to find the discrepancy of florescence,we select8kinds of pony as experimental material using random interval experimental design, we record the followings: initial bloom stage, full bloom stage, withered flowing, flower diameter changes, petal relative water content, the changes of petal soluble sugar and sucrose. We user caliper to measure the flower diameter, drying method to get petal relative water content, use ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy to determine soluble sugar content, and use High Performance Liquid Chromatography to determine sucrose content. We investigate the differences of different flower period using analysis of variance on the days of initial bloom stage, full bloom stage, withered flowing, full stage; investigate the effect of petal relative water content on pony period using regression analysis on the relationship between flower dimeter, the most important morphological index and petal relative water content; display the relationship between petal relative water content.soluble sugar content and pony florescence using scatter; using principal Component Analysis on effect of soluble sugar content and Sucrose degradation index of pony on florescence to conclude related eigenvectors and characteristic roots. The results are as follows that for the15kinds of pony we study, in2010, the initial bloom stage between4.26to5.8, final bloom stage between5.29and5.21; while in2011, the initial bloom stage between4.20to5.1, final bloom stage between4.28and5.16. The results show under the same condition, varieties of pony have great effect on each florescence, the difference of earliest florescence and latest florescence are12days, and the longest florescence and shortest florescence are10days. Analysis of variance shows the initial bloom stage, full bloom stage, withered and total stage varies greatly with varieties of pony achieving about1%.Principal Component Analysis illustrate that among8kinds of pony, the Principal component of soluble sugar and SDI contribute73.7%-99.8%to florescence. Soluble sugar is the critical physiological factors on the effect of pony florescence and SDI follows. Regression analysis indicates petal relative water content and flower diameter the important Morphological index of flower are approximately linear relation and the two have Significant correlation, with the correlation index0.8357-0.9654。The scattergram of petal relative water content and flower period shows degree of influence on flower period of petal relative water content. During blowing, flower period and flower diameter are affected by petal relative water content, pony adjust flower period through petal relative water content which si controlled by soluble sugar content. Petal water content is not of key factor of controlling pony Senescence.
