In this study, Ouggoku, Ryogyoku, Seto Giants Aki Queen, Gorby, Wink, Manicure Finger, Houman grape as materials, on the basis of previous studies, using different plant growth regulators (such as GA3, CPPU, TDZ, ABA, etc.) or one or more treatments using different plant growth regulator combinations on the materials to study the different plant growth regulator on the seedless,coloring and fruit quality to obtain the plant growth regulator reasonable concentration and convenient ways to use, which will help to guide the majority farmers, so that the grape production to achieve high yield, high quality and efficiency purposes. The results were as follows:1. With different treatments of GA3and CPPU on seedless of Ougyoku grape, results showed that:the twice seedless treatments were better than once treatment, which bloom GA325mg/L, after flowering10d25mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU treatment,twice seedless rate was86%; all treatments significantly increased berry weight, twice treatments were significantly higher than the once and control, the maximum berry weight was11.86g, followed by11.18g; flowering GA312.5mg/L, after flowering10d25mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU treatment significantly reduce soluble solids,96.4%with the control. the other treatments and the control was no significant difference. Taking all factors that flowering GA325mg/L. after flowering10d25mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU Ougyoku twice treatment on the seedless of the fruits quality was the best.2. With different treatments of GA3and CPPU on seedless of Ryogyoku grape, results showed that:flowering50mg/L GA3and after flowering11d50mg/L GA3+5mg/LCPPU seedless rate was100%; and the berry weight was5.05g; berry shape index is1.59; but the soluble solids content was only15.78. The combination of flowering25mg/L GA;, and after flowering11d with water, the soluble solids content up to18.45. However, GA3and CPPU treatment on the Ryogyoku grape comprehensive character seems to flowering50mg/L GA3and after flowering11d50mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU treatment effect is more appropriate.3. With different treatments of GA3and CPPU on seedless of Seto Giants grape, results showed that:all the treatment can significantly improve the seedless rate, berry weight, berry diameter and length, in which seedless rate maximum is100%, the largest berry weight is9.67g, and113.6%of control; the effect on fruit shape index was not significant; all treatments led to a significant reduction of soluble solids content, of which a minimum of9.7.4.With different ABA treatments on coloration of Gorby and Aki Queen grape, results showed that:It is significantly improved coloring of gorby and Aki Queen grape to use ABA treatment.With500mg/L ABA treatment,anthocyanins of Gorby and Aki Queen grape is more than200mg/L ABA treatment, but the difference was not significant. The quality of Aki Queen almost no effectation after useing ABA treatment; useing ABA treatment may improve berry weight, berry diameter and length of Gorby grape,but titratable acid and soluble solids content did not significantly change. Comprehensive comparison of two treatments of Gorby and Aki Queen grape,500mg/L treatment is better.5. With different ABA treatments on coloration of Wink, Manicure Finger, Houman grape grape, results showed that:It is significantly improved coloration of Wink, Manicure Finger, Houman grape to use ABA treatment, and the best ABA concentration to promote grape coloration of Wink between100mg/L and150mg/L, and the most obvious ABA concentration to promote grape coloration of Manicure Finger is400mg/LABA treatment, when concentration of ABA treatment is200mg/L,the anthocyanin content of Houman grape is hightest than the control. It did not significantly change on the berry diameter and length, berry weight, titratable acid and soluble solids content to use ABA treatment, which may inferred fruit quality change was not significant with ABA treatment.
