Digging-pulling is the main way to havest the cassva, and the digging shovel is the main part of the havester. So that simulation analysis the dynamics simlation of lossing soil, and establish the mathematical model of the influencing factors, traction resistance, the soil bulkiness and the maximum Mises stress of the cassva, and optiaml the structure parameters of the digging shovel are very important for devising the cassva havester. This paper measuring the mechanics parameters of the cassva,by the explicit dynamic simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the digging shovel-stalk-cassava-soil systerm dynamic simulation model has been established. The precision of the simulation model was verified by physical experiment.By the three-fact of second order general rotation composite design and the digging shovel-stalk-cassava-soil systerm dynamics simulation model, the dynamics simulation of lossing soild has been carried out.The mathematical model of the influencing factors traction resistance, the soild bulkiness and the maximum Mises stress of the cassva were established. The influence law of the factors and their interaction were analyzed.Genetic Algorithms was used to optimize the structure parameters of the digging shovel. The structure parameters of the digging shovel which satisfies both traction force and the solid bulkiness optimal were obtained. Verified the optimal result, the resuls showed mathematical model of the influencing factors traction resistance, the soild bulkiness and the maximum Mises stress of the cassva is accurate, and when the buried angle is28°,the wing angle is64°,the wide of shovel wing is38cm could be the foundation of the cassava harvest digging shovel design.
