Enter the "twelfth Five-Year ", with the rural water supply project tobenefit from the expansion of the scope and standards of engineering constructioninvestment to improve in many areas, the full coverage of water supply projects isbasically realized. On such background, the overall rational distribution of the ruralwater supply project, the original project with a new round of drinking water safetybuilding organic combination in order to improve the water supply guarantee rateand water use efficiency.Mengcheng County in Anhui Province is located in the middle of HuaibeiPlain, surface water pollution is more serious, groundwater resources, occurrenceconditions and the distribution characteristics of complexity, is one of the mostserious regional problem of water supply in rural areas in Anhui Province. Theactual status of the construction of rural water supply of Mengcheng, as well as the"12th Five-Year Plan as the basis, the rational distribution of the plain areas of ruralwater supply and Implementation of the study.According to the datum collected and the study area in recent years experiencein the construction of rural water supply projects, analyzing and comparing theadvantages and disadvantages of several water supply mode in the region, to clearthe construction of a scale waterworks for the idea of the layout of the centralizedwater supply; discuss the factors affecting the layout of the water supply project,and the region has built a water supply project information, the establishment ofnew water supply project cost analysis model, and local realities to determine watersupply reasonable radius r=7.3km; proposed layout optimization of rural watersupply project in two phases, as an important basis to determine the waterworks rational distribution of optimized the first phase to determine the range of watersupply, the second phase to determine the water supply within the water plant site.Among them, the second phase of the core is pumping the minimum energyconsumption as the goal, the constraints of water supply and reasonable economicradius, and the formation of the serious environmental hydrogeology, groundwaterflow numerical simulation model and optimization method coupled to optimize themanagement model.According to the layout scheme of optimization:(1) in conditions of relativelymoderate scale of waterworks water supply, water plant location, reasonablelocation, water supply coverage of the four water treatment plant to the basiccoverage of the planning area;(2) normal mining conditions, the regionalgroundwater flow field around a basically stable, and the drawdown within theconstraint range.
