Water is the basic meterial that people depend on living, the difficulty and the safty ofdrinking has drawn a geat attention of all the countries in the world.By analysis and studyof present situation of drinking water in the countrside, water supply modes, economicinput, social benefit and so on, the author aimes to explor an engineering model of drnikingwater supply systems for Cangzhou and other coastal areas in the whole country.This reaserch raises some questions affecting rural water safty drinking according tothe speical geographical position, natural enviroment, a grave shortage of water resource,complicated water quality-high fluoride salt pollution water coexist, etc.This essay basedon the combination of theory and practice, experiment analysis and investigation study,experiment site and regional correlation,with harmonious relationship between water andhuman beings, drinking water safty, social sustainable development theor y as theinstruction, with Hydraulic, Water Chemical,Water Environment, Water ConservancyEngineering, Hydrogeology and so on as the theory basis, analyzing the rural drinkingwater safty situation, the ways of water supply, economic input and social benefitestablishes different types of water supply scales, water supply ways and managementstyles. To promote a single village water supply,concentrated continuous water supply,integration of urban and rural water supply mode, it provides the scientific bas is andtechnical support.1.Raising the water supply questions of recent and long-term rural water drinking saftyin cangzhou. Recently, some actions are taken, such as groundwater in the middle and thewest as the main water source water, Dalangdian Reservoir, Yang Cheng Reservior in theeast as water supply source, and the Yellow River and Yangtze River as the water supplysource in the long term.2. By analysis of the issue, the safy water drinking mode is esteblished in Cangzhouand other costal areas:(1) Cangzhou in different regions of middle, the east and the west togroundwater for economic water supply patterns should take some ways according to localconditions, such as time-sharing water supply, water supply points and single pipe watersupply.(2) The ground water supply mode is supported by exsisting infrastructure, centeredby water treatment plant, depending on water supply network to the around users andsecondary pressurized water plant to realize the water supply to the home, the city andcountryside integration pattern of water supply network.3.The idea of cangzhou drinking safty gives priority to the use of ground water, buildsthe centralized water supply engineering and establishes the city and countrysideintegration pattern of water supply network.The implementation of the research can solve the problem of rural drinking water saftyfor2.7981million people. By the year of2015, all citizens in Cangzhou can drink safewater.
