Study On The Rural Water Supply Safety Management Problems & Countermeasures Of S City

The management of rural water supply safety is important for the rural residents to live and work in peace and contentment,is an important aspect of rural infrastructure,this paper in S City rural water supply security as the research object,according to the theory of public choice theory,new public management and the main points of the government function theory on how to solve the S City problems existing in the safety management of rural water supply to provide theoretical support.The main causes of water supply safety problems in S City are the unclear role of the government in water supply safety management,the inadequate supervision and the backward infrastructure caused by environmental factors.This paper puts forward the status quo of increasing financial support,improving management supervision mechanism,establishing diversified water supply mechanism and other channels to improve government management efficiency and improve rural water supply security.This paper is divided into six chapters.In the introduction,it is introduced that S City city belongs to the national deep poverty area,and there are great hidden dangers in rural water supply security due to backward conditions and lack of supervision,so the research significance of this paper is put forward.Based on the analysis of the existing research at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of this paper are determined,and then the related concepts and theories involved in rural drinking water safety management are introduced,and the research significance and ideas of this paper are summarized.Then the paper introduces the problems existing in the safety management of rural water supply in S City city,such as weak water protection,inadequate supervision system and absence of the responsible body,and analyzes the causes of these problems.In the discussion of the exploration and practice of the rural water supply safety management at home and abroad,the author puts forward some inspirations and references for the rural water supply safety management in S City city.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is put forward,that is,the countermeasures and Suggestions for rural water supply safety management in S City city are put forward,such as increasing the investment in rural public facilities construction,realizing enterprise management,introducing social resources,and strengthening the supervision system.
