Study On Rural Water Supply In Hubei Province Under The Development Of Urban-rural Integration

The safety of drinking water in rural areas concerns the livelihood of hundreds of millions of rural residents,which is an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Since the implementation of the large scale rural drinking water safety project in 2005,the level of safe drinking water for rural residents has been continuously improved,and the sense of gain and happiness of rural residents has also been improved.But due to long term binary segmentation and lack of connection of the different degree between urban and rural water supply,the wide distribution and small scale and long term operation and management difficulty of some rural water supply project,so rural water supply project is not stable and easy to relapse.At present,the problem of rural water supply,especially the large gap between urban and rural water supply service level has become the important part of the people's livelihood,and rural water supply development based on urban and rural integration has become an important task to academics and politicians,but the related research is rare,therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of rural water supply based on urban rural integration,and it is of great importance to promote the integration of urban and rural development,solve the problem of rural water supply and improve the level of rural drinking water safety.This paper,in the perspective of urban and rural integration development of water supply and combined with the present situation of water supply in rural areas in Hu bei province,studies the urban and rural integration development orientation of water supply problem in rural areas in Hu bei province,and put forward the related countermeasure under the perspective of urban and rural integration development of water supply in rural areas in Hu bei province.The main research contents include:(1)the background,significance,research status and technological route and innovation points of this thesis are presented.(2)introduced the meaning and characteristics of rural water supply,sorted out relevant theories of rural water supply industry,and defined the objects and tools of this study from the perspective of urban and rural integration development.(3)based on the current situation of rural water supply in Hu bei province,the problems of rural water supply in Hu bei province were analyzed with the perspective of urban and rural integration development orientation,and in depth analysis was made on the causes.(4)sorted out the typical experiences of solving rural water supply problems in the process of urban and rural integration development at home and abroad,summarized common and personality problems,and put forward theoretical guidance.(5)combined with the present situation of water supply in rural areas in Hu bei province,this paper analyses the existing problems and application of the theory of urban and rural integration development of water supply and typical experience at home and abroad for reference,put forward the related countermeasure under the perspective of urban and rural integration development of water supply in rural areas in Hu bei province,and has carried on the summary and outlook for next step.The innovation points studied in this paper mainly have two aspects:(1)draw on the theory of urban and rural integration development for rural water supply,and explore the idea of combining urban and rural water supply.(2)try to analyze the existing problems and causes of water supply in Hu bei province from the perspective of the integrated development of urban and rural water supply,and propose solutions and countermeasures.
