We Addtive inorganic selenium and organic selenium in the diet of the commodity pig diet in order to determine its effect on commodity pig through the determination of production performance, serum parameters, carcass quality of meat, to determine its effect on commodity pig.1On the effect of the commodity pigPiglets(20-40kg),grownpigs(40-75kg),fatteningpigs(75-110kg)were test stage respectively.Addtive:0.3mg/kg sodium selenite,0.3mg/kg yeast selenium,0.5mg/kg yeast selenium respectively. The experiment results indicate that:In commercial pig production all stage, Yeast selenium were significantly higher than that of the blank group on daily weight gain and daily feed in commercial pig production all stage(p<0.05). But there is no significant difference between the two mentioned above(p>0.05). The Comparison between Sodium selenite and blank group in all aspects are not significant(p>0.05).2On the influences of carcass traits of the market pigCompared with blank group, Commodity blackfat thickness were reduced by7.76%(p<0.05), the eye muscle area increased by4.13%,adding to0.3mg/kg yeast selenium. Commodity blackfat thickness were reduced by9.16%(p<0.05), the eye muscle area increased by6.65%,adding to0.5mg/kg yeast selenium. Commodity blackfat thickness were reduced significantly in Adding to1.0mg/kg sodium selenite,but in others there is no significant differences in others(p>0.05).3On the influence of the qulity of the porkExperiment pig slaughtered in24hours, The pH of the treatments were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05). Although there is no significant differences in other time between groups. The group of the treatment with selenium were slightly higher than the control group(p>0.05).It Shows that the yeast selenium and sodium selenite may have delayed muscle pH decreased role ater being slaughter, the effect betwwen Selenium yeast and sodium selenite was not significant difference.4On the influence of GSH-Px and T3On the30th and60th day In experiment, The activity of GSH-Px and T3was significantly higher in group Adding to sodium selenite and yeast selenium than those in blank control group(p<0.05). There is a significant difference between the group adding to0.3mg/kg yeast selenium and the group adding to0.5mg/kg yeast selenium(p<0.05).meanwhile adding to yeast selenium is superior to the effect of sodium selenite(p<0.05).
