Tissue cultured seedling of potato Yanshu No.4being as the trial material in this paper, the experiment researched the effects of the six colors of the LED light source on growth of tissue cultured seedling of potato. The experiment was divided into the following sections:Study on effect of single light quality of seven different colors on the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen of the tissue cultured seedling. When light intensity was65μ mol/m2s, potato tissue cultived seedlings cultive30days, potato tissue cultived seedlings under red light leaf number (11.66), root number (9.23), root length (9.21cm), chlorophyll a (0.95mg/g. FW), total chlorophyll (1.35mg/g.FW), sucrose (64.80mg/g), soluble sugars (5.69%) than the other colors under cultivation was higher. Potato tissue cultived seedlings under yellow light chlorophyll b (0.45mg/g FW), total nitrogen (4.23%) was significantly higher than the other colors culture. Potato tissue cultived seedlings under blue internode (11.14), stem diameter (0.105cm) was significantly better than the other colors of light growing. Potato tissue cultived seedlings under green plant height (12.44cm), fresh weight per plant (1.36g), chlorophyll a/b (3.71), glucose (176.12ug/ml) was to develop higher than the other colors. In summary the red light more conducive to morphological indicators and physiological parameters, was more conducive to the accumulation of a large number of nutrients.Study on effect in7different colors in a single optical quality of different light intensity on the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen of the tissue cultured seedling. Through research found that when the light intensity followed by gradually reduced from75umol/m2s,65μmol/m2s,55μmol/m2s, subcultured for30days after, the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen was elevated and then decreased. Individual indicators are relatively. Chlorophyll a/b was no apparent trend. To sum up the light intensity is65μmol/m2s, each index has a better growth trend.Study on effect of taking two kinds of composite light quality in six different colors of LED on the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen of the tissue cultured seedling. The study results showed that internode number (11.27), leaf number (12.65), sucrose (70.63mg/g), chlorophyll a (0.99mg/g. FW) were the best under the red and yellow light, the red violet light was best for root number (8.73). The red blue light was best for root length (8.91cm), stem diameter (0.162cm), plant height (12.05g), chlorophyll a/b (3.58), glucose (174.39μg/ml). The red green light was best for total chlorophyll(1.55mg/g. FW), the purple white light was best on soluble sugar(5.93%), the yellow green light was best for single plant fresh weight and much higher than other light. The yellow white light was best for the total nitrogen(6.47%) content and obviously more. While the white blue light was best for chlorophyll b(0.65mg/g. FW). To sum up red blue light was more conducive to morphological indicators and physiological parameters of the tissue culture and was more conducive to the accumulation of a large number of nutrients.Study on effect of taking three kinds of composite light quality in six different colors of LED on the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen of the tissue cultured seedling. The study results showed that internode number (11.69) and leaf number (11.79) were the best under the yellow purple white light. The blue green white light was best for root length (8.96cm). The red blue purple light was best for root number (9.68), stem diameter (0.165cm) and plant height (12.45cm). The red blue white light was best for single plant fresh weight (1.72g). The yellow green white light was best on sucrose (72.45mg/g)and chlorophyll a (0.99mg/g. FW). While the red yellow purple light was best for chlorophyll b (0.65mg/g. FW). The blue green purple light was best for total chlorophyll (1.43mg/g. FW) content. The blue purple white light was best for and the glucose content(175.89μg/ml) and chlorophyll a/b (3.58). The red yellow blue light was best for soluble sugar (5.84%) and obviously more. The red yellow white light was best for total nitrogen (6.23%). Therefore, the red blue purple light was the best light in the three colors of light quality and was more conducive to morphological indicators and physiological parameters of the tissue culture and was more conducive to the accumulation of a large number of nutrients.Study on effect of taking four kinds of composite light quality in six different colors of LED on the morphological indicators including internode number, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, root number, root length, single plant fresh weight and the physiological indicators including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, sucrose, glucose, soluble sugar and total nitrogen of the tissue cultured seedling. The study results showed that internode number (11.65), leaf number (11.58) and total nitrogen (6.43%) were the best under the yellow blue green purple light. The red yellow purple white light was best for root number (9.79), stem diameter (0.167cm), single plant fresh weight (1.69g),chlorophyll b(0.66mg/g. FW). The red yellow blue white light was best for root length (8.92cm), soluble sugar (5.72%) and chlorophyll a/b(3.46). The red blue green purple light was best for glucose (155.47μg/ml) content. The red blue green white light was best on chlorophyll a(0.98mg/g. FW), sucrose(71.89mg/g). While the red blue purple white light was best for total chlorophyll(1.53mg/g. FW). Therefore, the red yellow purple white was the best light in the four colors of light quality.All of indicators by the four kinds optimum light source can be seen, the study results showed that internode number (10.55), leaf number (11.66),root length (9.21cm), chlorophyll a(0.95mg/g. FW) and soluble sugar (5.69%) were the best under the red light. The red yellow purple white light was best for root number (9.79), stem diameter (0.167cm), plant height(12.51cm),single plant fresh weight (1.69g),chlorophyllb(0.66mg/g. FW), sucrose(69.53mg/g). The red blue light was best for chlorophyll a/b(3.58) and glucose (174.39μg/ml). The red blue purple light was best for total nitrogen (3.13%) content. Therefore, the red yellow purple white was the best light in the four colors of light quality.
