In this study,5-6year old Zizyphus jujube was chosen as the research object in main.jujube production area of (Akesu area) Xinjiang. The field fertilization experiment was to explore the regularity on nutrient elements accumulated and absorption, study the effect of fertilization on soil fertility, growth, yield and quality of jujube. Based on study on the nutrition diagnosis standards of jujube, proper rate and ratio of N, P, K fertilizers and fertilization technology was put forward.1. Study on the rules of nutrient accumulation and absorption of jujube under different cultivation modelsFor the net amount biomass of jujube tree in annual period under different cultivation models, the order was1.5m×3.0m cultivated model>1.5m x2.0m cultivated model>0.3m×4.0m cultivation model. For the nitrogen accumulation in each organ of jujube tree, the order was fruit> stem> leaf> root. For phosphorus and potassium accumulation, there was not distinct regularity. The order of N,P,K accumulation amounts at various periods was fruit harvest stage> fruit expanding stage> young fruit stage> flower stage> early bud stage. To attain1000kg economic yield which water content was13%,56years old Zizyphus jujube trees should uptake N14~24kg, P4~14kg and K19~32kg. The fruit of Jun jujube uptake nutrient more than Hui jujube.2. The effect of fertilization on growth and physiological characteristics of jujubeApplying pure N270kg·Chm2)-1in early bud satage, P2O5405kg·(hm2)-1and K2O67.5kg·(hm2)-1in fruit expanding stage was more effective in improving height, crown size, stem diameter, shoot length, shoot diameter. Under the condition of applying P2O5180kg·(hm2)-1and K2O67.5kg·(hm2)-1in fruit expanding stage, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were increased and intercellular CO2concentration, transpiration rate were reduced significantly.3. The effect of fertilization on yield, quality and mineral nutrients of jujubeThe content of vitamin C, reducing sugar, protein content was6.41mg/100g,19.33%and2.53%respectively in fruit and yield was1.46kg-planf-1, when pure N, P2O5and K2O270,180and67.5kg·(hm2)-1were applied in early bud satage, P2O5and K2O202.5,180kg·(hm2)-1in flower stage and pure N, P2O5and K2O202.5,180and67.5kg·(hmz)-1in fruit expanding stage. Adding trace element with spraying can increased content of mineral nutrient elements in jujube fruit.4. The effect of fertilization on soil fertility in jujube feild.Under the condition of applying pure N600kg·(hm2)-1, P2O5450kg·(hm2)-1and K2O75kg·(hm2)-1in jujube filed, the content of soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were increased by61%,83%,54%,38%compared with control. The content of available nitrogen presented the trend of first increase then decrease and increase again. The content of soil available phosphorus and available potassium presented the trend of first increase then decrease. It benefit soil fertility buildup that pure N, P2O5and K2O270,135and67.5kg·(hm2)-1was applied in early bud satage, fertilized pure N202.5kg·(hm2)-1in flower stage and pure N, P2O5and K2O202.5,405and67.5kg·(hm2)-1in fruit expanding stage.
