On the basis of the climate factors form1999year to2000year and theflue-cured tobacco quality from2008year to2010year in Fuchuan county of Hezhoutobacco-growing areas,the climate factors and flue-cured tobacco quality wereanalyzed.And by applying membership function and estimating weight values foreach index by using the method of principal component analysis,climate feasibilityand tobacco quality were comprehensively evaluated.Climate feasibility index(CFI)、appearance quality index(AQI)、physical property index(PPI)、chemical componentsusability index (CCUI) and Sensory quality index(SQI) of the flue-cured tobacco wereproposed and estimated,and correlation analysis of climatic factors and flue-curedtobacco quality and regression analysis of climate factors and physical properties andchemical composition of were Studied. The main results were as follows:1、 The climate condition and climate feasibility evaluation of Hezhoutobacco-growing areas.The climate factors that there were appropriate averagetemperature、 a lot of sunshine and frostless period、 high more than10oCaccumulated temperature and abundant rainfall could be formation of quality tobaccoleaf; in addition to high rainfall in mature period,other climate factors and otherperiods of rainfall were associated with foreign high-quality tobacco area basicallyequivalent;climate feasibility index of the flue-cured tobacco in Hezhoutobacco-growing areas was0.696, Climate feasibility index of the tobacco-growingareas was medium.2、The different parts of tobacco leaf quality in Hezhou tobacco-growing areaswere be overall analysis and multiple comparison,by applying fuzzy membershipfunction and principal component analysis method to extract each tobacco leaf quality index weights of all parts of tobacco leaf quality was adaptability evaluation of thedifferent parts of tobacco leaf quality.(1) In leaf for all part of tobacco of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas,colors weremainly orange,maturity and chroma were good, but the tissue structure of the upperleaf was close,the identity was thick,oil was more;the structure of The central leaf wasloose,the identity was medium,oil was the most;the structure of the lower leaf wasloose,oil was slightly inferior.The appearance quality indexes of the upper and centraland lower each parts of tobacco leaf generate distribution curve,these distributioncurve close to the normal distribution curve were respectively identity,maturation andcolor.In different years,the appearance quality of each parts of tobacco leaf were verydifferent,in general,the appearance quality of2009year was the best.The appearancequality indexes of the upper and central and lower each parts of tobacco leaf wererespectively0.748、0.851and0.779.(2)In the each parts of tobacco leaf of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas,thephysical property that include thickness、leaf density、equilibrium、 moisture contentand filling value were all appropriate,the tension of the lower leaf was relativelysmall,but Stem content of each parts of tobacco leaf were all too high;standarddeviation of thickness of each parts of tobacco leaf were all the minimum,in differentyears there were good stability;the tension was the most close to the normaldistribution curve in generating distribution curve of each index of physical property.In the different parts of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas,these physical property thatincluded leaf density、equilibrium moisture content、tension、filling value and stemcontent had some differences in different years,the thickness of each of the tobaccoleaf had no significant difference in different years.The physical property indexes ofthe Upper and central and lower each parts of tobacco leaf were respectively0.864、0.918and0.759.(3)Total sugar、reducing sugar、potassium、nicotine、total nitrogen and theratio of potassium and chlorine of all of parts of tobacco leaf were all suitable,but thechlorine content of tobacco leaf was relatively low;the ratio of total sugar andnicotine of the central leaf was comparatively harmonious,its value was10.69,but theratio of total sugar and nicotine of the upper and lower leaf were not harmonious,theirvalues were respectively6.49and14.25;the ratio of total nitrogen and nicotine of theupper and central tobacco leaf was relatively low,but the lower tobacco leaf was moresuitable.The ratio of total nitrogen and nicotine was the most close to the normal distribution curve in generating distribution curve of each index of chemicalcomponents.In all of parts of tobacco leaf of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas,totalsugar、reducing sugar、chlorine、total nitrogen and the ratio of total sugar and nicotinewere all the biggest in2009year,the nicotine content of the upper and central oftobacco leaf was no obvious difference in different years,the difference of thepotassium content of the central tobacco leaf reached extremely significant level.InHezhou tobacco-growing areas,chemical components usability index of the centraltobacco leaf was the biggest,its value was0.756, secondly, the lower leaf,its valuewas0.685,chemical components usability index of the upper tobacco leaf was theminimum,its value was0.682.(4)In all of parts flue-cured tobacco leaf of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas,volume of aroma was rich,the miscellaneous Qi was slight, the irritation was small;theaftertaste of the central tobacco leaf was more comfortable,but the comfort of theupper and lower tobacco leaf were slightly inferior,the aroma quality of the upper andcentral tobacco leaf was good,the aroma quality of the lower tobacco leaf was poor;the aroma quality and concentration was the most close to the normal distributioncurve in generating distribution curve of each index of Sensory quality of the uppertobacco leaf. the aftertaste and aroma quality was the most close to the normaldistribution curve in generating distribution curve of each index of Sensory quality ofthe central and lower tobacco leaf.The difference of sensory quality of Hezhoutobacco-growing areas was mostly different.In summary,sensory quality of the centralleaf and2009year was the best.the size of Sensory quality index was as follows: thecentral leaf>the upper leaf> the lower leaf.(5) In the tobacco quality comprehensive index of all of parts tobacco ofHezhou tobacco-growing areas,the central leaf was the highest,secondly was theupper leaf,the lower leaf was the lowest.Correlation analysis of climate factors of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas andflue-cured tobacco quality.(1) Appearance quality Each of index of appearance quality of theflue-cured tobacco of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas was affected to the central andlate period of the field period, Correlation of each of index of appearance quality ofthe flue-cured tobacco and climate factors had some differences, the correlation ofsunshine hours and appearance quality index had a strong correlation between agreater, among them the correlation of oil and identity of the upper tobacco leaf reached very significant level, their Correlation Coefficient are respectivel-0.804and-0.846.(2) Physical property On the Hezhou tobacco-growing areas, the thickness ofthe upper and central tobacco leaves with vigorious growth period all and the rainfallof mature period and the≥10oC accumulated temperature reached significantnegative correlation, but the thickness of the lower part tobacco leaf with the rainfallof stretch period reached significant negative correlation, with the sunshine hours offield period and mature period reached significant positive correlation;the leaf densityof the central and lower part tobacco leaf is subjected to the sunshine hours ofmature period,and them reached significant negative correlation,the tension of thecentral part tobacco leaf with the rainfall of vigorious growth period reachedsignificant positive correlation,but the leaf density of the upper part tobacco leaf andthe tension of the upper and lower part tobacco leaf with all of climate factors did notsignificant correlation; The correlation of content of vein of each part of Hezhoutobacco-growing areas with each index of climate factors was basically identical,thecontent of vein with the increment of the mature period rainfall and the decrease ofthe sunshine hours of mature period showed a decreasing tendency.(3) Chemical constituents The total sugar and the reducing sugar content of eachpart tobacco leaf of Hezhou tobacco-growing areas with the increment of the matureperiod rainfall and the decrease of mature period sunshine hours showed an increasingtrend, the total sugar content of the upperand lower part tobacco leaf with the meantemperature of vigorious growth period had significant positive correlation,theformer as well with the mean temperature of mature period had significant negativecorrelation,the total sugar content of the central part tobacco leaf with the meantemperature of vigorious growth period and mature period were closely correlation;the chlorine and potassium content of tobacco leaves with the mean temperature ofvigorious growth period and the rainfall of the mature period reached positivecorrelation, and with the sunshine hours of field period and root extending stage andmature period and the mean temperature of mature period reached negativecorrelation;total nitrogen content of the central and lower part tobacco leaves with theFrostless Season and≥10℃accumulated temperature had respectively significantpositive correlation,while nicotine content of each part tobacco leaf with climatefactors were not significantly correlated;the ratio of total sugar and nicotine andtotal nitrogen and nicotine and potassium and chlorine of all of parts tobacco leaf had the influence difference of climate factor bigger, the main pathological was the centraland late period.(4) Sensory quality Volume of aroma and concentration of the uppertobacco leaf with maturity rainfall had significant negative correlation,and the laterwith the sunshine hours of field period and maturity had significant positivecorrelation;volume of aroma and concentration of the central tobacco leaf with themean temperature of vigorious growth period had significant negative correlation,andthe former also with the rainfall of vigorious growth period had significant positivecorrelation.The lower part leaf’s strength with the sunshine hours of vigorious growthperiod had significant negative correlation.The miscellaneous of the upper and centraltobacco leaves and the total score of each part of tobacco leaf with the rainfall of themature period had significant negative correlation,while with the sunshine hours offield period and maturity had very significant or significant positive correlation.Theirritation of the upper part tobacco leaf and the aftertaste of the central tobacco leafwith the rainfall of the maturity had significant negative correlation.Regression analysis results of climate factors with physical property andchemical constituents of the flue-cured tobacco of hezhou tobacco-growing areas andcorresponding correlation analysis results basically tallies.
