This paper use Qujing zhanyi county as a foundation, analyzed the influence status of soil nutrient situation, ecological factors and tobacco chemical composition content, land statistics method is used to analyse soil nutrient and tobacco leaf quality by space analysis, studies the influence of different altitude, soil type and topography on tobacco leaf quality difference. The main research conclusions are as follows:1The soil pH average is6.01zhanyi county, in the most suitable range, and the soil organic matter content, effective Ca and Mg content is high, the content if Cl is too high. Smoke soil total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content is relatively high, alkali-hydro nitrogen average content is also relatively high and appropriate, the content of effective S, effective Cu, effective Zn, effective Fe and Mn is rich. Effective Mo content is appropriate, in the critical value or so, available P content medium, total P, total K and effective Bo content is low, less than critical value.2The effect of elevation and topography on upper leaves six chemical effect is not apparent. Elevation affect cutters nicotine content obviously, when less than2000meters, cutters nicotine content in tobacco leaf is obviously higher than that of the higher altitude area. Soil types affect cutters K content obviously, the K content in tobacco leaves growing on flooded brood type soil is the highest, K content is the lowest when growing on lateritic red soil fertility type. Different terrain cutters total sugar and total N differences significantly, hilly terrain middle tobacco leaf total sugar is significantly lower than the other three kinds of terrain, total N content was obviously higher, mountain tobacco’total sugar content is highest, total N content is lowest. Elevation and soil types affect the content of Cl of lower leaf obviously, lower tobacco Cl content with the altitude increased is present wave trend. The lower leaf reducing sugar content are affected by elevation and topography, the lower leaf reducing sugar content increased with the altitude increased significantly; Reducing sugar in different terrain lower tobacco leaves from the same distribution law, from high to low order are:channel> mountain> hills> dam. The lower leaf nitrogen content change obviously when altitude change, when elevation below1900m, lower tobacco leaf N content is lowest, and when elevation higher than2100meters, lower tobacco leaf N content is highest. The content of K of lower tobacco leaf is related to soil types, acid purple soil lower leaf’K content is the highest, lateritic red soil fertility type tobacco K content is the lowest. The content of total sugar of lower tobacco leaf is related to terrain conditions, total sugar in different terrain lower tobacco leaves from high to low order are:channel> mountain> hills>Dam.
