Studies On The Effects Of The Main Ecological Factor On Chemical Composition And Smoking Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

The ecological are important factor that affect the growth and quality of tobacco.Used Sensory evaluation of tobacco leaf and mathematical statistics methods to studied Kunming tobacco-growing areas.The research methods included of chemical composition anaiysis of tobacco leaf, Systematically studied the effects of the soil nutrient Status,climate feature and species distribution to tobacco quality. The main results showed as follows:1.There aye mainly four types of soil which had a great impact on tobacco leaf quality.Used the Spss17.0 software to statistical treatment of analytical date.The two running yeays tracking experiments and survey results shows that:The content of total sugar, Reducing Sugar of flue-cured tobacco leaves on the different type of soil is paddy soil> red soil> yellow brown soil> purple soil. The content of nicotine of flue-cured tobacco leaves on the different type of soil is red soil> yellow brown soil> purple soil>paddy soil.The content of potassium,chloride of flue-cured tobacco leaves have not obvious difference on the four kinds of soils. The score of smoking quality of tobacco leaf with paddy soil> red soil> purple soil>yellow brown soil.2.Further study of the soil nutrient the quality of the effects of tobacco.The results shows that organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphonium, available potassium, total potassium obviously affected the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco soil nutrient affected the total sugar, total nitrogen and reducing sugar obviously.3.Studies on the effects of may to August precipitation, sunshine hours and the temperature on tobacco leaf quality. The main results showed that:Total sugar,reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, potassium, chloride Were influenced by the number of sunshine hours,the average temperature and precipitation in June and the number of sunshine hours, precipitation in July. Quality of aroma, concentration of aroma,offensive taste,acrimony were influenced by precipitation, sunshine hours and the temperature in june,the temperature and sunshine hours in June,and s precipitation in August.4.
