The Fungi Survey Of Picea Mongolica And Research On Ectomycorrhiza Form Type

The forest of Picea mongolica is a very special forest ecological system type,in the world only exist to the eastern edge of HunShanDaKe sand,which located in ChiFeng city BaiYinaobao nature reserve. Picea mongolica is one of the rera and endangered species in the world,which is called "biological" and "living fossil".Furgi resources are very rich in the forest of Picea mongolica, but the work of fungi resources survey is not much. Especially the suevey work of Picea mongolica and the maind associated tree are largely biank. This paper is mainly to the Picea mongolica in the species diversity of large fungi on the investigation.This work identified13kinds of fungi belonging to basidiomycete fungi and door3orders of9families. At the same time comprehensive characteristics of10mycorrhizae types were described using photographs and words in this paper.On the basis of description, under a stereomicroscope and microscope,the macroscopic, colours, ramification, rhizomorphs and emanating hyphae,texture of mantles,the degree of transparent and crystals and so on, combining with some of characteristics of the pattern of all hyphae, the frame of mantle and inner structure of rhizomorphs were summarized. At the same time, we refer to a lot of references on the ectomycorrhizal taxa. The results show that the symbiosis between the Picea mongolica of mycorrhizal tell10form types,including identified in the groups belong to basidiomycete fungi and the door have8strains belonging to mastigomycotina have2strains of the door.
