Calla lily(Zantedeschia hybrida) of the unique, design and color is gorgeous, pattern form elegant, variety, has good ornamental value and economic value, is recognized as the twenty-first century "flower star", have gradually replace "ball root flowers" king of the potential of the lily. At present, our country has on plant growth regulator mechanism of Calla lily of research focus on a single hormone or a single level hormone treatment on the color of the aspect ratio of the influence of the form, and there is no different ratio of hormone level about color aspect of the growth period form, physiological aspects of research.In this experiment, the one variety Zantedeschia was studied. Effects of plant regulator on growth and development of Calla lily was studied by using orthogonal design L16(45) of GA3,6-BA,NAA and bulb soaking time. In order to provide a theory basis for plant growth regulator in the Calla Lily. The main results were as follows:(1)The plant growth regulator after processing, Calla lily of the height, cuttlefish long, pedicels, spathes caliber are increasing, explain plant growth regulator processing to improve plant ornamental quality, with200mg/L GA3+40mg/L6-BA+0mg/L NAA and soaking time15min for the best deal with the ball.
