Influences Of PP333 And CCC On Dwarfing Effect And Physiological Characteristics Of Zantedeschia

In this study, Zantedeschia as experimental materials are sprayed with PP333and CCC, in comparison with water, in three different concentrations,100mg/L,200mg/L and400mg/L.And observing the influences on the height, stem diameter, leaf width, leaf length, single leaf area, pedicel length, flower diameter, flowering, physiological indicators of chlorophyll and soluble material content; antioxidant enzymes (POD, SOD) impact of MDA content. Finally, by analysis of variance and multiple comparisons, observing the dwarfing effect of PP333and CCC on Zantedeschia. The results show that:(1) The Growth of Zantedeschia is affected by PP333in different concentrations. As the concentration of PP333increases, plant height falls apparently. When the concentration of PP333reaches400mg/L, the plant falls most apparently,64%shorter than CK; PP333in200mg/L and400mg/L can increase the stem diameter of Zantedeschia effectively, and also improve the lodging resistance capability of plants; plant width increases by64.6%in200mg/L; blade length shortens gradually, high concentrations of PP333will suppress the growth of Zantedeschia.As the concentration of PP333increases, Zantedeschia flower stalk length decreases. The effect of PP333in200mg/L on Zantedeschia flower stalk is moderate. PP333in400mg/L has the greatest impact on plant flower stalk, its height falls sharply. And its flower stalk becomes thin at the same time. In low concentrations of PP333, Zantedeschia flower diameter increases18.3%compared with CK, flowering extends8d; in high concentrations, the reproductive growth of Zantedeschia flower diameter reduces4.3%compared with CK, and the flowering shortens. Under comprehensive analysis, PP333in200mg/L has a much more ideal effect on plant growth.(2) Different concentrations of PP333have different effects on Zantedeschia physiological indicators. As the concentration of PP333increases, Zantedeschia leaf chlorophyll content also increases. Chlorophyll content increases gradually and reaches its peak in about60days. PPP333in400mg/L has the most obvious effect, increasing57.37%than the control group. Comprehensively comparing soluble sugar with soluble protein content, concentration in200mg/L PP333is appropriate. Under the processing of P2in200mg/L, Zantedeschia POD activity increases by75.7%compared with the control group. Under the action of PP333in200mg/L and400mg/L, SOD activity strength increases most obviously. High concentrations of PP333, in400mg/L, produce toxic to Zantedeschia. And also increases MDA content.(3) Different concentrations of CCC have different effects on the growth of Zantedeschia. As the concentration of CCC increases, the height of colored Zantedeschia increases consistently. Zantedeschia in400mg/L has the most obvious effect; the height reduces by40.4%compared with water. But it has similar effect with PP333in200mg/L. At the same time, both of them do not affect the ornamental value of Zantedeschia as a medium-sized flower. Different concentrations of CCC have little effect on the Zantedeschia stem diameter, no significant difference exist, compared with CK. As the concentration of CCC increases, the leaf width of Zantedeschia increases and leaf length decreases gradually, In the highest concentrations, the width of its leaf increases by34.7%and leaf length decreases by29.7%. As the concentration of CCC increases, the length of its stalk shortens gradually. Though a comprehensive analysis of dwarfing effect and ornamental value, CCC in400mg/L has a moderate effect on Zantedeschia flower stalk, and is suitable for Zantedeschia dwarfing.(4) Different concentrations of CCC have different effect on Zantedeschia physiological indicators. As the concentration of CCC increases, Zantedeschia leaf chlorophyll content also increases constantly. And it will reach its peak in almost60days. On the processing of CCC in400mg/L, chlorophyll content increases by31.10%. The color of its leaf becomes darker, and it is good to the appearance of a plant. Zantedeschia soluble sugar and soluble protein content show a trend of increasing before decreasing. After30days’ processing, Zantedeschia reaches its maximum soluble sugar content, Zantedeschia in400mg/L soluble sugar content is the highest, increased by54%compared with CK. For the comparison of soluble protein content, CCC in400mg/L effects better, increased by22.2%.Comprehensive comparing soluble sugar with soluble protein content, CCC in400mg/L has a better concentration effect.Three groups of CCC processing, Zantedeschia POD, SOD activity, achieves the maximum in about60days, In the comparing group of CCC in400mg/L, its POD increases56.7%, SOD increases13.9%. The effect is obvious. Different concentrations of CCC all have shortened effect, but the CCC in100mg/L has little effect on Zantedeschia.Synthetically soluble sugar and soluble protein content, concentration of400mg/L CCC treatment effect is better, soluble matter increased by54%and54%respectively than CK. About60days Zantedeschia POD, SOD activity peak,400mg/L of CCC compared to the control POD increased56.7%, SOD increased by13.9%, and the most obvious effect. In different concentrations of CCC plants MDA content were lower, but the100mg/L CCC for Zantedeschia little effect on MDA content.
