In this study, taking potted orange Zantedeschia hybrida varieties as experiment material, using single-factor randomized block design, set up three kinds of fertilizers combined and treat it with soil drench and foliar fertilization:treatment T1 (N:P2O5:K2O:Ca:Mg= 8:2:8:5:1), treatment T2 (N:P2O5: K2O= 8:2:8), treatment T3 (P2O5:K2O= 1:1), with no fertilizer as controls. By measuring and analysis of the efffect of proportion of fertilizer on Zantedeschia hybrida morphological, physiological indicators and quality of cut flowers, in ord to filter the proportion of fertilizer of promoting Zantedeschia hybrida plant morphogenesis and improving their quality of cut flowers effectively, providing a theoretical basis for improving its flowers ornamental value by rationalizing fertilizer treaments in the production process. The results showed that:(1) In the early vegetative growth stages of Zantedeschia hybrida, Different proportions of Fertilizer directly affect plant height, stem diameter and leaf area index and other forms. The Evaluation results based on different periods of the experiment measured the growth of various forms Zantedeschia hybrida targets obtains that treatment T1 is best to facilitate processing plant morphogenesis of Zantedeschia hybrida, its morphological indexes were significantly better than the treatment T2, T3 and CK, its plant height increased 32.26% than CK; stem diameter, leaf area ratio increased by 33.96% than CK, respectively, CK, 25.24%. Therefore, in this experiment the best proportion fertilizer is treatment Tlthat can effectively promote Zantedeschia morphogenesis.(2) Different proportions of Fertilizer have a significant impact on the quality of flowering. Treatment T1 can increased stalk length, width and delaing flower florescence of Zantedeschia hybrida significantly. treatment Tl’s length and spathe width increased by 39.72%,28.39% compared to CK, and were significant differences levels with CK; treament T1’s florescence is longest, extending the 9.3 days compared with CK. Therefore, treatment T1’s flower performance and flower quality is best in each treatment.(3) Different proportions of Fertilizer have a significant impact on chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of Zantedeschia hybrida. about 60 days, treatment T1’s chlorophyll content reached the maximum, increased by 31.02% compared with CK, thus speeding up the photosynthetic rate, conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products plant. With the extension of growth cycle, the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content showed a downward trend after the first increase,the soluble sugar content reached the maximum about 40 days, this time treatment T1’s soluble sugar content is highest in each treatment, higher than CK by 44.04%, compared with other treatments to improve the soluble sugar content significantly, and the differences were significant level; in soluble protein content, treatment T1’ performance is best, increased by 28.92% than CK about 40 days, comprehensive comparison three physiological indicators of chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content, we can see that treament T1 can increase photosynthetic rate, speed up nutrients cumulative significantly.(4) Different proportions of Fertilizer have different effects leaf SOD activity, POD activity and MDA content and other physiological and biochemical indicators of Zantedeschia hybrida. the POD, SOD activity of each treatment was increased their maximum about 40 days, which treatment T1’s POD, SOD activity is highest, increased by 32.16%,53.22% compared with CK, indicating that the treatment T1’s proportion of fertilizer can effectively improve the protection of the enzyme activity of blades, reducing cell membrane lipid peroxidation, strengthen the stability of the cell membrane, different treatments reduced levels of MDA content in different leaves,about 40 days treatment T1’s the MDA content decreasedby 24.62, explanat thay have The most obvious effect on the MDA content, significantly improving the ability to cope with adverse external environment.Taking the above morphological, physiological indicators of results obtained that the proportion of fertilizer of N:P2O5:K2O:Ca:Mg= 8:2:8:5:1 help Zantedeschia hybrida’s growth and development, the performance of the higher plants, thick stem, leaf-green, leaf nutrient substances accumulate more enhanced plant resistance, flowering best quality.
