In recent years, as facilities agriculture of China is developing rapidly, the intelligentcontrol system and wireless monitoring system are becoming more and more widespread inthe application of greenhouse. Wireless sensor network has already been taken noticed onby experts and scholars worldwide, and has been regarded as the future developmentdirection. The transmission data mode of wireless sensor network has more advantagesthan the traditional cable transmission data mode by easier wiring and expanding.Nowadays, electronic products develop towards miniaturization, portability, energyconservation, functional diversification. Embedded system with many advantages, such asless power consumption, smaller volume, and stronger ability of dealing, is widely used inevery field. GPRS’s advantages include lower cost, less power consumption, and the widercovered range of network. And it’s possible to be directly connected to the Internet networkthrough the TCP/IP and PPP protocol. GPRS has developed rapidly in the remote wirelesscommunication field.In this thesis, it is to design parameter acquisition of greenhouse and wirelesstransmission system based on embedded system. According to the working principle ofGPRS and wireless sensor network, the system’s construction is designed. Then author hasdetailed designed hardware and software of the system and realized its function. First of all,moisture and temperature of the greenhouse are collected by digital temperature andhumidity sensors SHT10, then being sent to farmers and remote expert system throughSIM300. Achieved content in the system including, wireless sensors collected thegreenhouse parameter data: temperature, air relative humidity and so on. Aims of thesystem include three points. Firstly, sensor collects data of greenhouse’s temperature, airmoisture, etc., and sends it to basic station centering controller by CC2430, displayingreal-time on the controller. Secondly, when embedded controller receives the externaltrigger instruction, the system will send corresponding command to GPRS module. Thispart mainly function includes: message sending, voice communicating and picturestransferring. Thirdly, collected data is stored in the system database so as to retrieve conveniently later. Fourthly, if acquisition parameters are higher or lower than set values,the system will give an alarm and send the alarm message.After system testing, greenhouse parameter data can be sent to target mobile phonealmost without any delay. At the same time, the system also can realize voicecommunication function. System can call target phone successfully. By means of theSIM300transmission module, the system is able to send jpeg format image whose size lessis than20KB. The system sends the images to target phone and also can upload the imagesto the agricultural experts by email. Delayed time of the images transferring is not obvious.
