| Nanfeng Tangerine is a famous local variety in China. In recent years, there appeared a phenomenon that a wide range of fruit dregs increased and flavor faded. It maybe impacted by soil conditions and management measures. Fertilization is an important measure in the orchard because it can make a significant increasing in production; however, a mount of fruit nutrients were took out and soil nutrients was disordered with the increasing in production. According to the test material on Nanfeng Tangerine, we used four fertilization treatments. The fertilizers are respectively compound fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer, huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer, therefore, this investigation is outlined to study the reason of bad quality from fertilization and mineral nutrients. Using compound fertilizer as control, we analyzed the differences of fruit quality and soil, leaves, fruit mineral nutrient content as well as the correlation between mineral nutrients and the quality of fruits. The results are as follow:1. Fruit quality(1) Fruit size and shape:After fertilization treatment, the fruit weight of compound fertilizer is around38g, however, it was the largest. Compared to the control, the fruit weight from the treatments of water-soluble fertilizer huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer is lower and around32g. The trend is the same between2011and2012except the increasing fruit weight of the treatment of bio-organic fertilizer. The trends are the same among longitudinal diameter, diameter, fruit shape index and fruit weight.(2) Fruit edible rate:In this study, the PT of fruit carried with the treatments of water-soluble fertilizer, huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer were remarkably higher than the control whereas ER were lower than the control; but the trend of PT was conversely in the second year and there were no significant differences of ER with the control.(3) Quality of sugar and acid, Vc content:The content of TSS and Vc with the treatment of the three fertilizers was obviously increased than the control; but TA and TSS/TA didn’t have significantly differences with the control whereas the trend were same in the two years.(4) Segment membrane feature:The SMT, SMH, and TMF disposed with water-soluble fertilizer, huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer treatments were remarkably reduced with the control whereas the effect with huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer treatments were better.2. Soil and tree nutrition(1) Soil:The content of soil available nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus and available potassium carried with the three treatments were increased universally with the control. The effect of huanong formula fertilizer treatment was best, bio-organic fertilizer treatment was second and water-soluble fertilizer treatment was worst. The content of soil available calcium and available magnesium performed with the treatments of water-soluble fertilizer, huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer were increased universally with the control. The effect of huanong formula fertilizer treatment was best whereas bio-organic fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer treatments were poor. The situations were different in two years.(2) Leaf and fruit:Application of the three fertilizers on soil increased P, Ca and Zn in leaves whereas the effect of huanong formula fertilizer was best; the content of K, Fe and Mn were decreased generally.(3) Fruit:Application of water-soluble fertilizer, huanong formula fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer on soil not only increased P, Ca and Zn content in peel, but also reduced K, Fe, Mn and Mg content with the control while increased P and Ca content in pulp and decreased K, Fe and Mn content. |
