Studies On The Cutting Rapid Propagation Technology Of Schisarutra Chinensis

For many years, because that Schisandrae chinensis (Schisarutra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill) in the wild conditions breeding have been growing slowly and the factors of human damage are more serious, these lead to the wild resources of Schisandrae chinensis are being reduced greatly. It has already far from the growing demand of Chinese herbal medicine market, Pharmaceutical and processing enterprises. Because of the problems that low rooting rate and cutting rapid propagation in artificial cultivation condition, we have priority in Schisandrae chinensis seeding in practical production. Towards the practical issues that low rooting rate of one leaf and one leaf bud cutting of Schisandrae chinensis in the sand culture medium, which is the key link of Schisandrae chinensis rapid propagation, will be solved.The results obtained are showed as follows:1. The results are different that the rooting index of the cuttings in different treatments and the sand culture media. On June19,3th group,10mg/L CTK,60mg/L IB A, is better than others. The rooting index is5.344, the rooting rate is30%. On July21,4th group,20mg/L CTK,50mg/L NAA,6.8mg/L IAA, is better than others and the rooting index is5.960, the rooting rate is33.33%.2. The chlorophyll content of plant photosynthesis has a great influence, but also benefit of plant nutrients accumulation. The result shows that On June19,3th group and8th group are better than others, but the3th group,10mg/L CTK,60mg/L IB A, is the best. The chlorophyll content is13.8mg/g. On July21,4th group,20mg/L CTK,50mg/L NAA,6.8mg/L IAA, is better than others and the chlorophyll content is17.2mg/g.3. Through the testing on physiology biochemistry index of Schisandrae chinensis cuttings showed that the activity of POD and SOD are higher, the rooting rate is higher. But MDA is on the contrary. So on June19,3th group,10mg/L CTK,60mg/L IB A, the activity of POD is72000u/(g.min), the activity of SOD is837.037u/g(FW), the activity of MDA is0.156μmol/g. On July21,4th group,20mg/L CTK,50mg/L NAA,6.8mg/L IAA the activity of POD is87360μ/(g.min), the activity of SOD is927.778μ/g(FW), the activity of MDA is0.156μmol/g.4. Through the testing on the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein shows that the content is higher, the rooting rate is lower, was negatively related. On June19,3th group,10mg/L CTK,60mg/L IBA, the content of soluble protein is0.245mg/g, and the content of soluble sugar is2.9%. On July21,4th group,20mg/L CTK,50mg/L NAA,6.8mg/L IAA, the content of soluble protein is0.146mg/g, and the content of soluble sugar is2.2%.
