This paper used the tested soil with black soil in Jilin Province in central corn, a detailed investigation on the basis of acquisition profiles soil back to the laboratory drying, grinding and weed outlaboratory analysis test, and analyze the activity of its physical and chemical characteristics and black variation, clear soil fertility degradation mechanism based on the study of soil invertase, acid and alkali phosphatase, urease, containing catalase with soilthe relationship between the physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities. Clarify the impact of different tillage and fertilization on the activity of black soil in Jilin corn with decreased soil ecological restoration to provide technical support. The results showed that alkaline phosphatase activity and total nitrogen,, available nitrogen and total phosphorus soil physical and chemical constants indicators were highly significant correlation between alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase in soil phosphorus cycle played a significant role and impact on soil available phosphorus and total phosphorus content and phosphatase play a significant role in the process of the conversion of soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and the level of alkaline phosphatase activity can be used as the evaluation of black the most sensitive indicators of fertility. Invertase and urease, phosphatase were highly significantly related. The relationship between the soil enzyme activity, indicating that soil enzymes not only obligate features, there is also a common relationship. The special nature of the enzyme not only reflect the process of transformation of soil organic compounds, and the common relationship between the overall activity of the enzyme plays a big impact on the soil of the overall fertility level to a certain extent. The soil profile form, urease and phosphatase activity with the deepening of the soil depth is reduced, urease and phosphatase is the main representative of the conversion of organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil. Also demonstrated that nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil reduced the depth of the deepening of the soil. Catalase activity in the soil did not change significantly, invertase activity increased with the deepening of the soil depth.Affected by the arable layer in long-term farming many factors, such as most of the nutrients needed for growth of plants cultivation layer can supply inorganic fertilizer applied to the soil in the long-term tillage, little application of the farm’s organic fertilizers. For these reasons can be in the process of farming, the main conditions of the activity changes in the soil. The cultivation process of each layer’s ability to reflect the relationship between soil enzyme activities and soil physical and chemical properties. The results show that the enzyme activity of the plow formation of the "high type" section above the "low type" section, and the slow recovery of the farming methods of the "low type" is not conducive to the sustainable use of soil and soil remediation,"high type" section of new soil enzyme activity is higher than the "low type", the greater the negative impact of the "low type" Tillage Practices on Soil.
