In this experiment with parents of three super-rices(Ganxin688, Wufengyou T025、 Ganxin203) and four restorer lines of materials, through observation of growing and flowering characters of seven restorer lines and three sterile lines, and the research that the effects of row ratio and "920" to yield of seed production for three super-rices, in order to provide high-yielding seed production to promote the technical basis for three super-rices.The results of all experiments are as followings:1The growth and development characteristics and flowering behaviorIn Nanchang, The Duration from Seeding to Heading of TianfengA、WufengA and RongfengA were about74days、70days、56days respectively. The Duration from Seeding to Heading of R121、T025、R3were about90days、87days、58days respectively. In the control Restorer lines, The Duration from Seeding to Heading of R402、R432、R838、 Rgui99were about62days、80days、80days、87days respectively.The flowering date of restorer line R121keep for an averages9-12d, the Period between the second day and the fifth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of4d amounted to81.6%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the9:00-13:00, the number of4h blossom flowering days were89.3%the total. The flowering date of sterile line Tianfeng A keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the third day and the fifth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of3d amounted to79.6%. Flowering last for8hours from8:00to16:00,the peak of flowering was period from8:00to12:00, the number of4h blossom flowering days were76.0%the total.The flowering date of restorer line R3keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the second day and the sixth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of5d amounted to84.9%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the8:00-11:00, the number of3h blossom flowering days were96.0%the total. The flowering date of sterile line Rongfeng A keep for an averages8-11d, the Period between the fourth day and the seventh day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of4d amounted to67.2%. Flowering last for7hours from8:00to15:00,the peak of flowering was period from8:00to13:00, the number of5h blossom flowering days were88.7%the total.The flowering date of restorer line T025keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the second day and the fifth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of4d amounted to82.2%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the10:00-12:00, the number of2h blossom flowering days were87.1%the total. The flowering date of sterile line Wufeng A keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the fourth day and the seventh day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of4d amounted to73.5%. Flowering last for8hours from8:00to16:00,the peak of flowering was period from8:00to12:00, the number of4h blossom flowering days were71.2%the total. The flowering date of restorer line R402keep for an averages9-12d, the Period between the second day and the sixth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of5d amounted to86.7%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the9:00-12:00, the number of3h blossom flowering days were84.6%the total. The flowering date of restorer line R432keep for an averages9-12d, the Period between the second day and the sixth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of5d amounted to88.5%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the9:00-12:00, the number of3h blossom flowering days were92.1%the total. The flowering date of restorer line R838keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the second day and the fifth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of4d amounted to79.9%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the9:00-12:00, the number of3h blossom flowering days were92.1%the total. The flowering date of restorer line R Gui99keep for an averages9-11d, the Period between the second day and the sixth day was the peak flowering, cumulative rate of flowering of5d amounted to82.5%. Daily Peak flowering mainly concentrated in the10:00-13:00, the number of3h blossom flowering days were95.5%the total.The pollen viability of restorer line R121、R3、T025、R402、R432、R838were69.09%、68.25%、63.63%、46.13%、49.14、38.88respectively.The stigma vigour coefficient of Tianfeng A was2.38,Wufeng A was2.00,RongfengA was1.84.The male parent of three super rice better than the other four restorer lines in the number of spikelets, pollen, pollen viability.2Line ratio and the "920" sensitivity of seed productionIn Sichuan, Ganxin688parents feasible row ratio was2:16, change of row ratio would lead to significantly reduction in yield, the optimum dosage of gibberellin was20g/667m2,changing the dosage of gibberellin did little effect on yield. In Ningdu, Ganxin203parents feasible row ratio was1:7, change of row ratio would lead to significantly reduction in yield, the optimum dosage of gibberellin was18g/667m2, changing the dosage of gibberellin did little effect on yield. Wufengyou T025parents feasible row ratio was1:7, change of row ratio would lead to little reduction in yield, the optimum dosage of gibberellin was20g/667m2, changing the dosage of gibberellin would lead to significantly reduction in yield.
