In this experiment, the research was studied between50healthy dogs of different gender, breed and age in Nanchang. According to the different features of grow stage, they are divided into5groups, including infancy group (age from1to4months), junior group (age from5to9months), young group (age from10to15months), adult group (age from16to24months) and postadolescence group (age from25to72months). By the use of automated blood cell analysis instrument,14blood routine indexes have been measured and analyzed, including WBC, LYM%, MID%, GRAN%, RBC, HCT, MCV, HGB, MCH, MCHC, PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT. In the meanwhile, another8blood indexes have been measured and analyzed by the automated blood biochemistry analysis instrument, including TP, ALB, ALT, UREA, CRE, TG, TC, HDLC. The results are as follow listed:1. According to the research into different ages of dogs, it shows that there are significant differences in MCV and MCH (P<0.05). There are few differences among other indexes (P>0.05).And there are significant differences in ALB and TG (P<0.01). In addition, there is also significant difference in TP (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in other indexes (P>0.05).2. According to the research into different gender of dogs, it shows that there is no significant difference between male and female dogs (.P<0.05). And there are significant differences in TG between male and female dogs (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in other indexes.3. According to the research into different ages of female dogs, it shows that there are significant differences in RBC, HCT, HGB and MCH (P<0.05). And there are few differences among other indexes (.P>0.05). And there are significant differences in TG (P <0.01). There is no significant difference in other indexes (P>0.05).4. According to the research into different ages of male dogs, it shows that there are few differences in all14indexes (P>0.05). And there are significant differences in TP,ALB, TG and CRE. There is no significant difference in other indexes (P>0.05).This research paper is to study the healthy level of dogs in Nanchang by measuring and analyzing the indexes of blood routine and blood biochemistry. These indexes can be references to clinical practice of veterinarian. The diagnosis will be more accurate.
