In recent years,the donkey breeding industry has developed rapidly,but research on donkeys is still extremely scarce compared to pigs,cattle,sheep and other animals.As an extremely excellent economic animal,donkeys deserve more attention from the scientific research community.The healthy development of donkey foals is particularly important in the economic value of donkeys.Diarrhea in donkey foals is a common disease in donkey breeding,and it is also one of the important factors that cause economic losses in the donkey industry.Therefore,effective prevention and treatment of it is the focus of current attention and research.This article mainly discusses the establishment of a healthy donkey foal blood physiology,biochemical index database and the influence of diarrhea on the intestinal flora structure characteristics and blood biochemical indexes of the donkey foal.This experiment is divided into three parts,the specific content is as follows:1.Select 560 three-month-old healthy donkey foals,and test 13 blood routine indicators of donkey foals WBC,Neu,Lym,Mon,Eos,Bas,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,MPV,PCT,PDW.12 blood biochemical parameters urea,TP,TG,TC,P,LDH,Glu,crea,CK,CA,AST,ALB.Three blood immune measures IgA,IgM,and IgG and three hormone,heat shock protein measures COR,ACTH,and hsp-90.The results showed that the routine blood index WBC concentration range was 10.4±2.1(109/L),Neu concentration range is 5.2±1.4,Lym concentration range is 4.1±1.4(109/L),Mon concentration range is 0.5±0.3(109/L),Eos concentration range is 0.6±0.3(109/L),Bas concentration range It is 0.04±0.02(109/L),the RBC concentration range is 5.7±0.8(1012/L),The HGB concentration range is 116.9±16.4(g/L),the HCT range is 34±5(%),the PLT concentration range is 271.8±61.9(109/L),the MPV concentration range is 5.4±0.4(fL),and the PCT range is 0.15±0.03(%),the PDW amplitude is 15.3±0.3;The blood biochemical index UREA concentration range is 7±1.4(mmol/L),TP concentration range is 47.9 ±8.2(g/L),TG concentration range is 0.4± 0.2(mmol/L),TC concentration range is 1.8±0.4(mmol/L),P concentration range is 1.9±0.6(mmol/L),LDH concentration range is 299.1±92(U/L),GLU concentration range is 6.4±1.1(mmol/L),CREA concentration range is 105±15.1(μmol/L),CK concentration range is 336±129.3(U/L),Ca concentration range is 3.2±0.4(mmol/L),AST concentration range is 268.1±66.2(U/L),ALB concentration range is 25.1±3.9(g/L);the blood immune index IgA concentration range is 87.5±12.5(mg/dl),IgM concentration range is 63.9±7.5(mg/dl),IgG concentration range is 135±15.9(mg/dl)The concentration range of hormone and heat shock protein index Cor is 60.7±13.3(ng/ml),the concentration range of ACTH is 211.6±55.5(pg/ml),and the concentration range of Hsp-90 is 11.5±2.3(ng/ml).2 Using 16s rDNA technology to sequence the fecal samples of 8 three-month-old healthy donkey foals and 8 three-month-old diarrhea donkey foals to analyze the influence of diarrhea on the structural characteristics of the intestinal flora of donkey foals.The results of diversity analysis showed that the intestinal tract of diarrhea donkey foals The diversity of flora was significantly higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);Compared with the composition of the intestinal flora of the donkey foal in the healthy group,the Chloroflexi abundance composition in the diarrhea group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group at the phylum level(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the two groups at the level of class and order;the abundance composition of Bacteroidaceae and Family_XI in the diarrhea group at the family level was significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);at the diarrhea group at the genus level The abundance composition of Bacteroides,Lachnoclostridium,and Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group were significantly lower than those of the healthy group(P<0.05);The abundance composition of Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group in the diarrhea group was significantly greater than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).In summary,compared with healthy donkey foals with diarrhea,the structural characteristics of the intestinal flora of donkey foals have changed significantly.3 Blood biochemical parameters(urea,TP,TG,TC,P,Glu,CA,AST,ALB)were measured in 63 healthy donkey foals aged 3 months compared to 63 diarrheal donkey foals aged 3 months,The results showed significant differences in the contents of AST,CA,TC,TP,urea,and TG(P<0.01),but not in TG,TC,and P,indicating that diarrhea may have an effect on liver and kidney function in donkey foals. |
