The skin ulcer disease is a common disease in aquaculture, which is one of frequently-occurring diseases. The disease pathogen infection is rather complex and a wide variety of animal species, which is serous harm for productive aquaculture. Along with the Tinca tina culture popularization and the scale of aquaculture have become large and large. The skin ulcer disease showed a rising trend. At present, there is no report of domestic research about the skin ulcer disease of Tinca-tina. Therefore, the research related about the skin ulcer disease of Tinca-tina is rather significant.By means of using the General separation of bacteria, a bacterium (GXZ01) was isolated from the liver of the lesion surface area, internal organs and blood from the diseased Tinca tinca. It was proved to be the pathogen of Skin Ulcer by the infection experiment. Artificial injection of pathogens bacteria liquid, half-lethal concentration of the LC50of the bacterium were2.4×108CFU/ml.(GXZ01) was a short rod-shaped strains, about0.7~1.1μm in length, Gram staining is negative. According to API-32E bacteria identification systemculture characteristics of bacteria, morphological features, physiological and biochemical characteristics and a series of identification of the gene sequence analysis of16S rDNA, it is determined that the reisolated strain GXZ01belongs to Aeromonas sobria. Drug sensitivity test results indicated that strain GXZ01was sensitive to8antibiotics, indluing oxygen piperazine penicillin, norfloxacin, bacteria treatment and so on. And it is sensitive to four drugs such as norfloxacin and ampicillin. It also proved that it is not sensitive to Penicillin and acetyl spiramycin. Using artificial blood automation detection and analysis method of combining with Tinca tinca blood physiological index of putrid skin disease detection. Results showed that compared with healthy Tinca tinca, the number of white cells significantly increased on sick Tinca tinca of red blood cells [(2.01±0.46)×1012ind/L] and lymphocyte [(35.01±17.96)×109ind/L].Aeromonas sobria are common pathogenic bacteria in aquatic diseases, but this is the first time that Aeromonas sobria is reported as the pathogenic bacteria of Tinca tinca in China. This study was designed to provide the theoretical basis and scientific references on disease prevention and treatment and healthy culture of Tinca tinca group.
