With the development of China's economic and social development,the number of dogs and cats breeding is increasing,and the incidence of skin diseases of dogs and cats is increasing.Due to the differences of breed,age,living environment,individual difference and pet owners' are impercipient about skin diseases,there are many problems in the prevention and treatment of skin diseases of dogs and cats.At the same time,some diseases of skin diseases can also cause human skin infection,causing certain public health problems.In small animal clinical,bacterial skin diseases and fungal skin disease basically all is the use of antibiotics,or hormonal drug treatment,the clinical commonly used drugs such as Ketoconazole,Terbinafine,Lincomycin,Cephalexin and Corticosteroid,and these drug curative effect is not stable and obvious individual differences,treatment effect after repeated attacks,high cost.Therefore,the prevention of small animal bacterial and fungal skin diseases is becoming more and more important.In the prevention of domestic pets skin diseases,the use of appropriate bath foam can generally inhibit the common skin diseases pathogenic bacteria and fungi,and reduce the incidence of pet skin diseases.In this study,we selected two pet bathing products of LOVET HexZole Shampoo and LOVET Ultra Hex,and tested their bacteriostatic effect on the skin pathogenic bacteria and fungi of pets.In this test,standard fungal strains and bacterial strains firstly were inoculated and incubated.Then drug sensitive filter paper was soaked in quantitative test products and drying,and attaching to the medium surface of the tested bacteria and fungi.In fungi susceptibility test,28 ? training for 7 d in fungal incubator,measuring the diameter of fungi stasis ring with limited of naked eye can't see the edge of fungal growth.In bacterial susceptibility test,37 ? training for 24 h in bacterial incubator,measuring the diameter of bacterial stasis ring with limited of naked eye can't see the edge of fungal growth.Three repetitions were carried out in each experimental group,and the SPSS software was used for data analysis for the measurement of the antibacterial ring diameter.T test was used for the differences between different experimental groups,and p< 0.05 indicated significant difference.The test results show that the LOVET HexZole Shampoo has a strong antibacterial effect for the advantage of pathogenic fungi(Microsporum canis,Microsporum gypseum and Trichophyton mentagrophyte)and advantage of pathogenic bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus,Intermediate staphylococcus and Streptococcus)in pets,it significantly better than other positive control products.LOVET Ultra Hex has strong vitro bacteriostasis for the skin pathogenic bacteria(Streptococcus.Corynebacterium,Staphylococcus aureus,Intermediate staphylococcus and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa)in pets,for some of the pathogenic bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus,Intermediate staphylococcus,Streptococcus,Pseudomonas Aeruginosa),the bacteriostatic action of positive significantly superior to other products in the control group.In the clinical application of dogs and cats,LOVET HexZole Shampoo and LOVET Ultra Hex can inhibit the growth and reproduction of dermatophyte fungi and bacteria,significantly reducing the incidence of animal skin diseases.The conclusion of the experiment are that LOVET HexZole Shampoo and LOVET Ultra Hex can effectively reduce the risk of pets skin infection,effectively prevent and control the skin diseases of pets.
