Common wild rice (Oryza rufipogon Griff.), widely distributes in China. As ancestor of cultivar rice, the common wild rice is one of the most important and valuable germplasm resources. Eastern of Guangdong is one of main reign for distribution of common wild rice in Guangdong province. Therefore, it has the unique status of rice resources in our country. Genetic diversity, indica-japonica differentiation and establishment of core collection were analyzed by using167individuals in6population groups of commom wild rice in northern of Guangdong. The main results were as following:1.To inspect23phenotypic characteristics records of common wild eastern, to analyze the phenotypic variation, combined with DPS software SPSS and phenotypic correlation, clustering and analysis of variance. Guangdong phenotypic characteristics common wild there in the rich variation, was among the very many important traits significantly correlated; the eastern cluster of nine class groups of common wild plants there was a significant difference; the populations of both materials have higher similarity, there is a certain degree of variation, has its own characteristics; eastern wild common phenotypic variation with a certain regularity. According to the Guangdong common wild phenotype of the rich diversity and uniqueness of its own, it needs to choose a representative group of key development and utilization of materials.2. To micro-core collection of Chinese cultivated rice as a control, screening and use can be identified34subspecies of the eastern part of SSR markers to study common wild material, the results show that:Guangdong common wild populations exist side japonica, partial Comparing the original Indica and homozygous groups and individuals, of which more than offset partial indica japonica; eastern common wild although there have been some degree of subspecies differentiation, but differentiation is compared with cultivated rice preliminary, not significant, generally more primitive; in the genetic structure of primitive common homozygous wild eastern group, with a bias in the genetic distance japonica trend. General description of eastern wild origin of cultivated rice in Asia, Evolution and genetic differentiation has an important position in gene discovery and breeding practices in the use of great prospects.3. To investigate phenotypic and molecular marker data based on the data to the system cluster sampling method, and by multiple comparisons to determine a suitable sample size was constructed based on the level of core collection phenotype (accounting for20%of the original germplasm34material) and molecular core collection (accounting for10%of the original17copies of germplasm material). Keep using the proportion of phenotypic, Shanno-Wavear index, phenotypic variance, coefficient of variation and the proportion of alleles retained, Simpson index and other important parameters were evaluated on two sets of core collection. The results show that core samples (30%of the original germplasm) has a good representation of the proportion of phenotypic keep up95.38%, the proportion of alleles retained nearly90%of the core collection of other parameters that eliminate a large extent on the original germplasm Genetic duplication in full compliance with core collection requirements. Guangdong to build common wild core collection for the future preservation and study the effective use of a good foundation.
