With the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,the people's demand for green and healthy vege Table s is gradually increasing.At present,the planting of solanaceous vege Table s generally adopts the method of seedling transplanting.In the process of seedling raising,plastic seedling containers are low in price.Reusable and other advantages are recognized by many farmers,but at the same time it also causes greater pollution and harm to the environment.The use of biomass seedling containers can to a certain extent alleviate the environmental pollution caused by the use of plastic seedling containers.At present,most biomass seedling containers use straw as raw materials and add various binders to improve their performance.Under specific conditions,it needs to be processed with professional equipment,but there are deficiencies in the ratio of molding materials and molding process parameters.Therefore,this research has consulted,analyzed and sorted out a large number of Chinese and foreign documents and data,systematically summarized the biomass seedling container,molding equipment and process parameters,analyzed its characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,combined with the actual situation of agricultural production in my country,and fermented animal manure.And straws are the raw materials for molding,and systematic research is carried out in the three aspects of raw material ratio,molding process and molding device.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Raw material selection and molding characteristics analysis of biomass seedling bowlsIn this study,combining the actual situation of agricultural production in Heilongjiang Province and the research foundation of the research group in the previous period,the component analysis of several common agricultural wastes was carried out,and the preparation of biomass was preliminarily determined based on the content of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose in each raw material.The molding raw materials of the seedling container,analyze the influence of various factors on the molding quality during the molding process of the raw materials,and explore the influence range of each factor through a single factor test,and use the compression block's breaking strength and relaxation ratio as the molding quality evaluation index.The approximate range of compression of molding materials is determined: molding pressure 80 k N?160k N,molding temperature 100 ? ?180 ?,material moisture content 10%-18%,straw mass fraction 4%-12%.Provide a theoretical basis for the design of the biomass seedling bowl forming device and the research on the forming process parameters.(2)Analysis of molding technology of biomass seedling bowl and design of molding deviceThrough comparative analysis of the applicable conditions of different molding methods and molding processes,combined with the characteristics of molding materials and research requirements,it is determined that the preparation of biomass seedling containers adopts piston stamping molding and hot pressing molding processes;based on the size and specifications of existing plastic seedling containers The parameters are the design basis,the solanaceous vege Table biomass seedling bowl is designed,and the shape of the biomass seedling bowl is determined to be a truncated cone-shaped structure with a small upper and a large bottom;based on the size structure of the biomass seedling bowl,combined with the forming method of piston stamping and The hot-pressing molding process uses a microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine as a platform to design a seedling bowl molding device that can be heated and cooled.The molding device is thermally analyzed,and the temperature field changes during the heating process of the molding device are analyzed.Improve the design of the unreasonable structure to ensure the relatively uniform temperature field of the inner wall of the molding device and ensure the accuracy of the test.(3)Study on process parameters of biomass seedling bowl formingBased on the single-factor test results of forming raw materials,select forming pressure,forming temperature,material moisture content and straw mass fraction as test factors,and use biomass seedling pots for breaking strength and axial elongation as test evaluation indicators,using four factors Multi-factor experimental research is carried out on the design plan of the second universal rotating combination experiment,the influence of single factor and its interaction change on the breaking strength and axial elongation of the biomass seedling pot is analyzed,and the regression of each factor and evaluation index is established.The model is used to determine the combination of molding process parameters for preparing solanaceous vege Table biomass seedling bowls by response surface analysis,namely molding pressure 126.1k N,molding temperature 141.1?,material moisture content 12%,and straw mass fraction 6%.The lower biomass seedling bowl has the best molding quality.
