| LinCang belongs to subtropical low latitudes, plateau and mountain monsoon climate, there topography is complicated, and have amplerainfall, sunshine and heat resources are rich. The whole city has many significant climates, the annual of the temperature difference is small, but the daily mean temperature is great. In order to utilize the climatic conditions of LinCang better and rational planning the tobacco plant, this paper study the plant regionalization of LinCang, chemical composition of tobacco and smoking test in each regionalization. The results indicated1With the climatic conditions in last10years and result of the clustering analysis, tobacco planting were divided to three regionalization, middle elevation mountainous, including the southwest zone of LinXiang, FenQing, YuhXian, Lancang Jiang zone, including the east zone of FenQing, YunXian, LinXiang, ShuangJiang, low altitudes river valley and hills zone, mainly include CangYuan, GenMa, YongDe which belongs to the subtropical and subhumid regions.2The mainly chemical composition of tobacco sample in three regionalization present some regularity, for example reduction sugar, total sugar, total nicotine, total nitrogen and protein present regionalization two> regionalization three> regionalization one, content of potassium present regionalization one> regionalization two> regionalization three, content of chlorine present regionalization three> regionalization one> regionalization two; plain sequence of coefficient variation of mainly chemical composition is chlorine> potassium> total nicotine> protein> total nitrogen> total sugar> reduction sugar. In analytical thirteen index, there have significant difference among total sugar, total nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium, chlorine, protein, difference between the suger, ratio of potassium and chlorine in three regionalization.3Smoking test of the tobacco in each regionalization also have some differences, volume of aroma and quality of aroma in regionalization two is lower than other regionalization, but it’s strength is geater than the other. In addition acrimony in regionalization one is stronger than the other zone, the analyzed indicated when light intensity is higher during the growth duration, palisade tissue, spongy tissue and cellwall of tobacco will change to incrassation, the content of nicotine rise, acrimony become stronger. |
