During the period of 2013 to 2014 year in Hunan Province, the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco in the growth period were sprayed with phosphorus (0.50?1.75%, replaced with T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6 respectively), which concentration increment was 0.25%; Then physiological indexes in the leaves of the growth period were studied; also conventional chemical composition, plamochromic pigment, aroma component and organic acid of the after curing tobacco leaves were studied. The experimental results showed that:1. During the period of vigorous period,1% concentration of superphosphate could help to improve the activity of SOD, INV, POD, PAL, NR, amylase, catalase and the content of chlorophyll b, chlorophyll and total plastid pigment; 1.25% concentration of superphosphate could help to improve MDA content and the activity of SOD, INV, POD, PAL, NR, amylase, catalase; 1.5% concentration of superphosphate could help to improve the activity of SOD and the content of MDA, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, beta carotene; 1.75% concentration of superphosphate significantly helped to improve the content of chlorophyll a and beta carotene.During the mature period,0.75% and 1.75% concentration of superphosphate could help to reduce MDA content decrease; 1% concentration of superphosphate could help to reduce SOD activity decrease; 1% and 1.25% concentration of superphosphate could obviously reduce PAL activity; 0.75% concentration of superphosphate help to reduce NR activity.0.5% and 1% concentration of superphosphate obviously were favorable for the degradation of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b; 1.75% concentration of superphosphate was not beneficial to the degradation of chlorophyll and beta carotenoids.2. Total sugar and reducing sugar content of for foliar 1.25% concentration of superphosphate were higher; Potassium content of for foliar 1.5% concentration of superphosphate was higher; Nnicotine, chlorine, total nitrogen, protein content of for foliar 1.75% concentration of superphosphate were higher; As the roast tobacco leaf, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and plastid pigment content of for foliar 1% concentration of superphosphate were significantly on the low side; The beta carotene content of for foliar 0.5% and 0.75% concentration of superphosphate was significantly on the low side; Total plastid pigment of for foliar 0.75% and 1% concentration of superphosphate was significantly on the low side; chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of for foliar 1.25% concentration of superphosphate were significantly on the low side.3. Contrasting different treatments, total carotenoids degradation products of for foliar 1.75% concentration of superphosphate were highest; Total aroma substances, total class westpac alkanes and neophytadiene content of for foliar 1% concentration of superphosphate were highest; Aromatic amino acids content of for foliar 0.75% concentration of superphosphate was highest; Increasing sequence of the influence of spraying phosphorus nutrition on total organic acids content was as follows:1%(68.13 mg/g),1.25%(58.07 mg/g),1.75%(49.85 mg/g),1.5%(46.22 mg/g), CK (44.96 mg/g),0.75%(40.88 mg/g), 0.5%(35.99 mg/g).4. The note, offensive odor and total smoking scores of for foliar 0.75% and 1% concentration of superphosphate were higher; The taste and irritation scores of for foliar 0.75% concentration of superphosphate were higher; The concentration and physiological strength scores of for foliar 1% concentration of superphosphate were higher; The concentration scores of for foliar 1.5% concentration of superphosphate were higher; Irritation scores of for foliar 1.25% concentration of superphosphate were higher.5. Suggestions for foliar 1%-1.25% concentration of superphosphate, in order to improve the internal quality of top tobacco.
