The bovine mastitis is very serious harm for the breeding industry of cows. It’s not only cause a enormous loss to the breeding companies, but also harm the public health and human health. So make use of the vaccine to prevent the mastitis get more and more attention. In the present study identified the common serotypes of E.coli caused by the bovine environmental mastitis in Inner Mongolia region. Select01serotype,0111:K58serotype of E. coli and Klebsiella gene I bacteria are vaccine strains of environmental mastitis, and with mixed FnbpB and CP, which are the major virulence factors of S.aureus to prepare a polyvalent vaccine.Use of the polyvalent vaccine immunize the mice, preliminary study to the antiserum activity of polyvalent vaccine, adopt ELISA and opsonophagocytic. The results show that after three times immunization, the polyvalent vaccine can stimulate mice to produce antibodies. The serum antibody titers of E.coli (A1, A2), Klebsiella (K1) immunization group compared with the control group very significant difference(P<0.01). The serum antibody titers of FnBPB and CP immunization group compared with the control group no significant difference (P>0.05). The challenge test results show that after the three immunization of mice can resist E.coli and Klebsiella to attack, but can not provide effective protection to mice on S.aureus attack.
