Etiology Investigation And Drug Sensitive Test Of The Pathogenic Bacteria Of Cow Mastitis In Baotou Region

With the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure,Baotou City put the development of milk industry as rich people and strong city engineering to a very important position.The total number of cow was 20,000 in the whole city in 2001,but it was 98,000 at the end of 2002,at the end of 2007,the whole city milk cow saves the column total amount as 415,000.Know to all,in addition to severe infectious disease,the bovine mastitis is the most important disease for cow,it has the high incidence rate,the big difficulty to control,the huge lose etc.the degree of its detriment have already be generally accepted the output of cow will reduce 13-18%) in the world,at the same time,the quality of milk will be influenced,and the milk will be refused because of super mark of germs and the body cells,but also in treatment process,the use of antibiotics can lead antibiotics into the person's food chain through the milk,relating to the mankind the public hygiene safety.If we cannot prevent and cure the mastitis,it will bring the development of the whole milk industry a vital impact in Baotou.we adopted the LMT method to examines 1438 milk cows in Guyang,Jiuyuan and Tuyou county,and carried on isolated culture and identification microorganism within the milk,and on this foundation,used the slip method to examines the sensitivities of the main pathogenic bacteria to parts of antibiotics, such as Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus coli,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus mastitidis,green pus bacteria,and Bacillus proteus;the experiment results show,the main pathogenic bacteria of bovine mastitis in Baotou region have 7 kinds,that is Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus coli,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus mastitidis,green pus bacteria,Salmonella and K.peneumoniae.These bacteria have tolerance to the penicillin,but were sensitive to ciprofloxacin,amphemycin and furaltadone. This study is very important to control the bovine mastitis in Baotou region.At the same time,it is able to make up the study blank in this aspect in Baotou region.
