| The hair follicle gene in the skin of Aohan fine wool sheep regulate the wool’morphological development.In order to improve the yield of wool,the research about the regulation mechanism of the hair follicle growth and development is the hot spot in the current breeding research with the field of the fine wool sheep breeding.In this paper, We propose a new approach in Aohan fine wool sheep, whole-transcript microarrays, to search for differentially genes during the different stages of hair follicle cycle, transcript microarray data analysis has been used to identify marker genes between the skins from anagen and telogen during neck and groin in Aohan fine wool sheep. By analyze primary data:(1) Compare analysis for different expressed profile in Aohan fine wool sheep during anagen and telogen, our study identified83genes which have the similar expression in different tissue samples at same time, and68genes of them are upregulation,15genes downregulation;(2) We identified the differentially expressed genes that regulate hair follicle cycle development are as the things goes:the5-fold or more are SPRR2Aã€LOC443313ã€OVAR-DQA1ã€ZO1ã€FSHR〠LOC100037688ã€PTAFRã€COL3A1ã€LOC494431; the2-fold or more are TGFB2ã€LOC100125624〠BAMBIã€IGFBP2ã€MMP7ã€LEPã€HSD11B1ã€BGNã€GNLYã€ACVRIBã€TGFB1ã€LOC100137068;(3) This study indicated some of genes(TGF-β1ã€LOC554321ã€NFAT5etc) were identified as associated genes with immunity pathway signaling, suggested those genes may participate in the control of the hair follicle development;(4) Result was verified partially by GO analysis, The results retrieves most significant Gene Ontology (GO) terms is signaling pathways conduction, which usually occurs when an extracellular signaling molecule activates a cell surface receptor;... |
