Fine wool sheep is an important part of sheep industry.From the 18 th century to the beginning of 21 th century,fine wool sheep has been dominant in sheep industry.The coat of fine wool is a homogeneous unmyelinated fine wool,fine wool is one of the important raw materials in the wool spinning industry,and it is also the necessary means of production to meet people's basic living.The quality of fine wool(its physical properties),mainly includes Wool fiber diameter,extension length,net hair rate,fine wool quality directly affects economic benefits of textile industry and sheep industry.Xinji fine wool sheep is the third generation fine wool sheep breed cultivated in China,it is famous for producing fine wool material for producing high-quality woolen goods,For this purpose,Xinji fine wool sheep were taken as object,we tested three indexes of wool fineness,extension length,and net-wool ratio of adult ewes,adult rams,shedderewe and haggeral in Xinji fine wool sheep from 2015 to 2017.Because fine wool is the product of secondary hair follicles in fine wool sheep skin,and sheep hair follicles is an important subsidiary organ of its skin,whose growth and development determine the quality and yield of wool.Dermal papilla cells(DPCs)play an important role in the process of hair follicle growth cycle change(regeneration),not only play a role in promoting the growth and development of hair follicles,but also play a directional control of the size of hair follicles.1.The monitoring results of wool diameter for 3 years Xinji fine wool sheep showed that: The wool diameter of adult ewes,shedderewe,adult rams,and haggeral were increased from 19.96±2.20?m to 20.09±2.19?m,18.52±2.03?m to 19.11±1.83?m,20.21±2.80?m to 22.93±0.77?m,15.89±1.86?m to 17.78±1.13?m,respectively.The diameter of wool fiber shows a trend of coarsening.2.The monitoring results of wool extension length for 3 years in Xinji fine wool sheep showed that: The wool extension length of adult ewes,adult ewes,shedderewe,adult rams,and haggeral were increased from12.89±1.13 cm to15.21±1.68 cm,15.43±2.03 cm to 17.93±2.36 cm,14.01±1.08 cm to 15.14±2.11 cm,15.89±1.86 cm to 17.70±2.51 cm.The length of wool fiber shows a general increasing trend.3.The monitoring results of net-wool ratio for 3 years in Xinji fine wool sheep showed that: The net-wool ratio of adult ewes,adult ewes,shedderewe,and haggeral were d e c l i n e d f r o m 4 7.7 0 ± 0.0 6 % t o 4 3.4 4 ± 0.0 9 %,4 3.1 8 ± 0.0 6 % t o 42.38±0.07%,48.08±0.09% to 38.67±0.12%,adult rams,and the net-wool ratio of adult is increased from 50.13±0.06% to 64.03±0.16%.Except for adult male sheep,the net wool rate of Xinji fine wool sheep showed a decreasing trend.4.In vitro culture of fine wool sheep cells,when the concentration gradient of IGF-1 was 50 ng / ml,75 ng / ml and 100 ng / ml,the growth of hair papilla cells of fine wool sheep was highly promoted,and the promotion effect of 100ng/ml concentration of IGF-1 is highest;hair papilla cells had the highest adhesion efficiency at first 4 days and the growth was slow after 4 days.At the 7th day,the growth rate was the lowest.
