Study On Information Resources Management Of Agricultural Mechanization

With the arrival of knowledge economy and development of science and technology, social production develops at high speed that doesn't exist before, however, the competition environment faced by organization is becoming more and more intensified. Information resources management is the outcome of ideaistic management's transformation under information society. It gathers the characteristic of the information and the thought of the managements in the whole body. It is increasing important and urgent that how to provided faster agricultural mechanization information to more people at greatly increased accuracy, how to scientifically and criterially managed agricultural mechanization information resources using computer and communication technology.Now, the academic research on agricultural mechanization information management is lacked. Systemic and comprehensive management pattern still need perfectly research. Based on the research of the information resources managememt theory, the author tries to introduce a new management theory of information resources management in the field of agricultural mechanization.The current situation of agricultural mechanization information resources management is being analyzed, pointed out the existent key problem. Then, deeply studys the process of agricultural mechanization information resources' flow, and proposes whole distance management and core link management.In the end, a model of agricultural mechanization information resources management is being constructed innovatively in this thesis.
