In this paper, effects of organic-inorganic fertilizer on nutrient accumulation, yield, quality andmicroorganism quantity were researched using field plot test, at the same time explore the organicand inorganic fertilizer application can reduce the incidence of cabbage root disease. Applied lime treatment, inorganic fertilizer treatment of nitrate content washigher than that of organic and inorganic fertilizer application treatment was higher than organicfertilizer processing. Therefore, organic inorganic fertilizer applied can not necessarily reduce thevegetable nitrate content.Organic and inorganic fertilizer application treatment cabbage vitamin C content and solublesugar content were higher than organic manure treatment was higher than inorganic fertilizertreatment. Therefore, organic inorganic fertilizer fertilizer can improve the nutritional quality ofChinese cabbage.Applying lime and limewater not application processed, the output of organic and inorganicfertilizer NPK treatment were higher than that of inorganic fertilizer treatment, higher than that oforganic fertilizer processing. Treatment of2production was1.02%higher than1, the3high1.23%, treatment of5production was1.02%higher than4, relatively high processed6production by1.17%. Inorganic fertilizers to increase production effect is the worst. Therefore, organic inorganicfertilizer applied can rise the effect of raising the yield of Chinese cabbage.Organic and inorganic fertilizer application could increase the number of beneficialmicroorganisms in the soil, reduce the number of harmful microorganisms in the soil, Fertilizerapplication at the same time, the same situation, applying lime water can play a role in inhibition ofsoil microbial number.
