The trial the Heilongjiang Province Daqing City Lamadian, town Minnesota saline soil as theresearch object, the field improved saline soil test the use of bio-organic fertilizer, corn forinstructions crops, local corn production fertilization as a reference to set a full bio organicfertilizer, semi-biological organic fertilizer, semi-bio-organic fertilizer+half fertilizers, the fullamount of the application of fertilizers and other processing by soil pH, organic matter content, available nutrients, cation exchange capacity, conductivity, eight ion and basicity indicators, plantsin N, P, K and yield measurement and analysis of different fertilizer treatments on the physical andchemical properties of saline soil, as well as to explore the feasibility of bio-organic fertilizerimproved saline soil and improved plant nutrients and yield. The results show that:1.The application of bio-organic fertilizer on bulk density, conductivity, with obviousimprovement effect on the mechanical composition have little effect. Various bio-organic fertilizersoil bulk density were decreased among Y1, L1, D1treatment decreased the most significant, Y2,L2, D2processing and Y3, L3, D3treatment was inferior, Y4, L4, D4smallest decrease comparedto the control treatment; After the application of bio-organic fertilizer can significantly reduce soilconductivity values, which Y1, L1, D1handling the most significant; plots area saline soil tilth soilsand in80.8%-85.8%, and14.2%clay in-19.2%, and the application of bio-organic fertilizer afterlittle change.2.The application of bio-organic fertilizer on the soil cation exchange capacity, water-solublesalt ion content, pH, nutrient content, basicity with obvious improvement. Saline soil pH of eachtreatment were lower than the control, where Y1, L1, D1best effect. The soil cation exchangevolume increases, which Y1, L1, D1processing and Y3, L3, D3treatment increased more obvious. The bio-organic fertilizer soil nutrients have increased compared with the control, where Y1, L1,D1processing and Y3, L3, D3treatment significantly increase the effect on soil nutrients, chemical fertilizer increased little effect on soil organic matter, but the quick N, P, K increaseslarger role. Compared with the control Y1, L1, D1treatment significantly reduced the content ofthe water-soluble salt ions, Y2, L2, D2processed second, and Y4, L4, D4deal with differentdegrees of increase. Application of bio-organic fertilizer longer time, saline soil soil basicity issignificantly reduced more 3.Each fertilization of maize plants in different periods of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassiumaccumulation were higher than the control, with the growth of corn growing in maturity reachedthe maximum. L4, D4handle most conducive to three kinds of corn plants nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium accumulation and absorption, L3, D3second, but better than the single application ofbio-organic fertilizer. Each experimental field corn yield of each treatment compared with the control each havedifferent degrees of increase, which XY335sensitivity of biological organic fertilizer and salinityis better than the ZD18and XX1. L4, D4treatment increased the most, followed by L3, D3treatment yield more significant, single application of bio-organic fertilizer yield significantlyworse than both. The most obvious effect of fertilizer production but without any improvement of soil salinization,bio-organic fertilizer on maize growth effect is not very significant, but it can effectively improvesoil structure, increase soil fertilizer, increase organic matter content, reduce soil salinity, reducesoil bulk density and basicity thereby improving saline soil, and its significance for theimprovement of saline soil is much higher than fertilizers.
