Blueberry (Vaccinium spp.), Ericaceae,Vaccinium, without root hairs,its roots can form mutually beneficial symbiotic structure with ericoid mycorrhiza fungi under natural conditions. In this study,we have a observation、separation、identification of mycorrhizal fungi in the roots of wild blueberry in Da Hinggan Ling region of China, and On this basis,we have analysised of the effect of its’vaccination in blueberry cultivars.The main results are as follows:1、The infect degree of mycorrhizal fungi in wild blueberry of Da Hinggan Ling region is high and have a infection rate of75%; The infection way is rich,for example:exogenous mycelium, intracellular and extracellular throughout mycelium in root, the intracellular hyphae group and so on. In addition,The phenomenon about the missing of the epidermal cells was also observed.2、The resources of mycorrhiza fungi associated with wild blueberries in Da Hinggan Ling region are rich,including Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Zygomycetes, and Ascomycetes are dominant species group. White and taupe as the main color of Mycorrhizal fungi colonies; mostly felt-like and flocculent; Most of colonies have neat edges,in addition to radial individualy; individual strains secrete pigments, such as yellow pigment, purple pigment and brown pigment.Under natural conditions, in humus-rich habitats, mycorrhizal fungi resources are more rich.3、We have isolated36strains, and15strains were selected to identified,8strains treatments detected typical ERM hyphae group structure in root epidermal cells, recognized as ERM fungi; In8ERM fungi, it have7Ascomycetes, including3Helotiales、3Sordariomycetes and1Dothideomycetes,Alternaria;the other ERM fungi is Basidiomycetes, Agaricomycetes, Flammulina..4、The difference associated with adaptive characteristics of the strains in different temperatures is large, most of the strains in the fastest growth rate at20℃and25℃,it is the optimum temperature range to have expand cultured of strains; In different PI I treatments, most of the strains without significant difference:The absorption capacity of the strains on the polysaccharide and disaccharide is stronger than it is on monosaccharide;The peptone of organic nitrogen is the most suitable for a pure culture of each strain.5、Inoculation test with15strains in cutting seedlings and seedings of blueberry showed that JUN1、 JUN2、JUN4、JUN6、JUN10、JUN11、JUN14、JUN15can form hyphal hoops.JUN2, JUN14can significantly promote the growth of Bluecrop seedling. Inoculation test with15strains in cutting seedlings of Powderblue and Gardenblue showed that JUN10, JUN14, JUN15can promote the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, JUN2、JUN4can promote the absorption of phosphorus by Gardenblue, JUN10、JUN14can promote the absorption of potassium by Gardenblue.
