The overall response was scale I in2patients, scale II in8patients,scale III in32patients, scale IV in14patients after following-up for3to8months.Conclusion The efficacy of propranol in the treatment of hemangiomas is excellent while the side effect is minimal, leading to considerable shortening of the natural course of IH.Propranolor can be considered to used as first line to treat infantile hemangioma during the proliferating phase.
