Expression Of T-bet MRNA And GATA3 MRNA Of Preeclampsia Patients’ Decidua Basalis

Objective：To investigate the different expression of T-bet and GATA3 in decidua basalis betweenpreeclampsia and normal pregnant women. To explore the role of T-bet and GATA3in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and provide new ideas for the etiology of preeclampsia.Methods：The patients with preeclampsia and normot ensive of late pregnancy were selected as studygroup and control group. The levels of T-bet mRNA and GATA3 mRNA in both group weremeasured by RT-PCR.Results：①As the severity of the aggravating , the expression of T-bet mRNA gradually increased,but not all of the abnormal expressions between the groups have significant differences. Thelevels of T-bet mRNA were significant differences between severe preeclampsia group andnormal pregnancy group, severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group(P<0.05，P<0.05).There was no significantly statistical difference between mild preeclampsia group andnormal pregnancy group (P=0.089)．②As the severity of the aggravating,the expression of GATA3 mRNA graduallydecreased, but not all of the abnormal expressions between the groups have significantdifferences. The levels of GATA3 mRNA were significant differences between severepreeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group, severe preeclampsia group and mildpreeclampsia group(P<0.05，P<0.05).There was no significantly statistical difference betweenmild preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group (P=0.127)．③The ratio of T-bet mRNA and GATA3 mRNA were differences between severepreeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group, severe preeclampsia group and mildpreeclampsia group(P<0.001，P<0.001). The difference of the ratio of T-bet mRNA andGATA3 mRNA among mild preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group was no statisticallysignificance (P=0.522)．Conclusion：1. The expressions of T-bet mRNA had statistical significances between severe preeclampsiagroup and normal pregnancy group,severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsiagroup.There had no statistical significance between mild preeclampsia group and normalpregnancy group.2. The expressions of GATA3 mRNA had statistical significances between severepreeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group,severe preeclampsia group and mildpreeclampsia group.There had no statistical significance between mild preeclampsia group andnormal pregnancy group.3. As the severity of the aggravating, the ratio of T-bet mRNA and GATA3 mRNA graduallyincreased.There had statistical significances between severe preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group,severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group.There had nostatistical significance between mild preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group.
