Looking forward to find both inearly cerical cancer diagnosis and concluded that whether there is a lymph nodemetastasis aspects of value.Methods: By immunohistochemical S-P method to detect EZH2andFAK expression in11cases of normal cervical tissue,15cases CIN and49cases of cervical cancer organizations of paraffin wax samples.Result: Normal cervical tissue don’t expression, the expression of theEZH2and FAK is higher in cervical cancer organizations than CINII-III, eachcompared between the two groups are significant difference (P <0.05).2, theexpression of the EZH2FAK and quantity in cervical cancer infiltrationdepth>1/2organization in more depth than1/2organization infiltrating high,meaning there is a significant difference (P <0.05).3, cervical cancer lessdifferentiation in organization, organization of higher differentiation FAK andEZH2expression is high, meaning there is a significant difference (P <0.05).4,with lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer in the organization of EZH2FAK and expression is significantly more without lymph node metastasis group,with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:1ã€FAK and EZH2in normal cervical tissue in no expression,in CINII-III in the organization of cervical cancer organizations express below,along with the progress of the disease of expression is higher, and cervicalcancer that both the occurrence, development relevant. 2ã€FAK and EZH2expression and cervical cancer differentiation degree,the clinical stages, infiltration depth and lymphatic move has close relationship,suggests that both might be early cerical cancer whether preoperative judgelymph node metastasis indexes. |
