ObjectiveThe study probed into the of clinical efficacy of pneumonia Phlegm-Heat syndrome of the each components of traditional Chinese medicine in Maxing Shigan Decoction by using each different proportions of drug dosage in it, for the future clinical application of Maxing Shigan Decoction in different drug dosage that provided a certain theory basis.MethodsWe divided the180cases according to the standards and actual situations into6groups, each group used Maxing Shigan Decoction according to different proportions of drug dosage and Western Medicine (the original proportion of Maxing Shigan Decoction:Ephedra:Almond:Gypsum:Fisch is3:2:6:2), namely the Ephedra group (the proportion of the drug dosage Ephedra:Almond:Gypsum: Fisch is6:2:6:2and Western medicine treatment), Almond group (the proportion of the drug dosage Ephedra:Almond:Gypsum:Fisch is3:4:6:2and Western medicine treatment), Gypsum group (the proportion of the drug dosage Ephedra: Almond:Gypsum:Fisch is3:2:12:2and Western medicine treatment), Fisch group (the proportion of the drug dosage Ephedra:Almond:Gypsum:Fisch is3:2:6:4and Western medicine treatment) control group (the proportion of the drug dosage Ephedra:Almond:Gypsum:Fisch is3:2:6:2and Western medicine treatment), blank group (pure western medicine treatment), and recorded the disappearance time of the symptom fever, cough, expectoration, asthma on each pulmonary children,(if there is a repeated, recorded the final disappearance time), the disappearance time of pulmonary rale (including the disappearance time of dry and wet rale), the serum CRP concentration before and after treatment (the time be hospitalized and4days after treatment) that datas for the main outcome indications.Results①n the observation of each main indications Of Maxing Shigan Decoction and Western medicine treatment for the pneumonia, all the disappearance time were shorter than the pure western medicine treatment (P<0.05). The improvement of the effect of laboratory index CRP are equal to the pure western medicine treatment (P>0.05).②The effect distributions of the main indications’improvement fever, cough, expectoration, asthma and pulmonary rale are not complete different. The improved distribution of the CRP of each group in before and after treatment did not have statistical significance (P>0.05).Conc l us i onAccording to the research datas, the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction plus Western medicine treatment is batter than the pure western medicine treatment in the improvement of the indications fever, cough, expectoration, asthma and pulmonary rale. In which Ephedra is the whole prescription’s head in antiasthmatic effect, increase its dosage clinically can be used for asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, Moderate fever and hyperthermia, no sweat, and the children with cough and expectoration in pediatric pneumonia. Almond have the strongest effect in relieving a cough. Increase the dosage cl inically can be used for coughing with phlegm or without phlegm, no asthma or wheezing slightly, fever which is not obvious in pediatric pneumonia. Gypsum have the strongest effect in antifebrile among the whole prescription, increase the dosage can be used for hyperthermia, sweating, polydipsia in early stage of pediatric pneumonia, or persistent fever with a si ight coughing, expectoration and asthma in pediatric pneumonia. Fisch have the best effect in getting rid on the phlegm among the other drugs, increasing the dosage can be used for coughing with phlegm, no fever or of available for pediatric pneumonia see has a sputum to cough, no fever or low fever, asthma being not extreme in pediatric pneumonia, and the drug can be easy to oral by pediatric, because of tasting sweet. Pneumonia has different performance because of the pediatric physical differences, different types of the pathogen, different parts of pathogen invasion. Different proportions of drug dosage in Maxing Shigan decoction can decrease the injure by the symptoms of pulmonary children emphatically, according to the different symptoms, and it worth to popularize in clinical. |
