Monitoring project Monitoring of Efficacy:Before and after treatment, monitoring the frequency of cough, cough symptoms integral, bronchial symptoms severity score (BSS) score, total points of TCM symptoms,Single symptom integral of TCM.Monitoring of safety by vital signs, blood routine, urine routine, electrocardiogram, hepatic function, and adverse events.4. The results and analysis method of statistics Statistic analysis would use the SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software for calculation. All statistical tests were two-sided, and when the P value was less than or equal to 0.05 would be considered to have the statistical significance.Results:1.Comparison of Cough episodes remission rate:There were significant difference between two groups before and after treatment, (P<0.05).The experimental group was better than control group.2. Comparison of Cough symptoms integral:There were significant difference between two groups before and after treatment, (P<0.05).The experimental group was better than control group.3. Comparison of BSS:There were significant difference between two groups before and after treatment, (P<0.05).The experimental group was better than control group.4. The total score of TCM symptoms:After treatment, the difference of statistically were significant including cure and effective rate, efficient and inefficient rate in two groups.5. The single symptom curative effect of TCM:There were significant difference between groups on the proportion of curative effect of main symptom including cough, cough up phlegm, evil wind symptoms in two groups after treatment, (P< 0.05).The experimental group was better than control group.
