Object iveThe study observes the effect on the traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and integrative medicine treatment of anovulatory infertility diagnosed kidney deficiency, and discusses the best method for clinical treatment of anovulatory infertility, and provide a reliable objective basis.Method120cases of anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into three treatment group,40cases in each group. The Chinese medicine treatment group received BUSHENYICHONGWAN and electroacupuncture therapy. The western medicine control group received clomiphene and HCG treatment. And the integrative medicine treatment group received BUSHENYICHONGWAN and electroacupuncture therapy combined with clomiphene and HCG treatment. After six menstrual cyeles, the researcher observes the endometrial thickness, the ovarian follicle diameter, the ovulation rate, the pregnancy rate and the abortion rate etc. The outcomes were compared using statistics methods to determine therapy effect differences.ResultFrom the promotion of follicular development and ovulation rate situation, the Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group are similar in efficacy, and the Chinese medicine treatment group has better endometrial growth, higher pregnancy rate and lower abortion rate. And the integrative medicine treatment group has the highest ovulation rate, and compareing to the western medicine control group, higher pregnancy rate and lower abortion rate.Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment has the effect of promoting endometrial growth, ovarian folliele growth and ovulation. And it has the effect of keeping pregnancy which is the fault of the western medicine treatment.
