Results were compared with clinical-pathologic parameters, andthe correlation between RKIP and E-cadherin was analyzed.Results1. The rate of positive expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma wassignificantly lower than the adjacent tissues, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma with sex and agewas no significant correlation (P> 0.05), the expression of RKIP in gastric adenocarcinoma withdegree and the clinical stages have no obvious related (P>0.05), the expression of E-cadherin ingastric adenocarcinoma organization related with degree and the clinical stages(P<0.05), theexpression of RKIP and E-cadherin in lymph node metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma wassignificantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis tissues(P<0.05).2. The expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma has significantcorrelation (rs=0.276, P<0.05), the expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in gastricadenocarcinoma was positively correlated. The expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in lymphnode metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues expressed significantly correlation(rs=0.463,P<0.05),the expression of RKIP and E-cadherin in lymph node metastasis of gastricadenocarcinoma organization expression was positively correlated.Conclusion1. There is down-regulation of RKIP and E-cadherin in gastric adenocarcinoma, thedown-regulation of RKIP and E-cadherin may be implicated in lymph node metastasis ofgastric adenocarcinoma.2. The reduction in RKIP expression may be involved in lymph node metastasis of gastricadenocarcinoma by inhibiting the expression of E-cadherin. | Keywords/Search Tags: | RKIP, E-cadherin, gastric adenocarcinoma, immunohistochemisty | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
