The Correlation Research Between Efficacy And Material Basis Of"Xingqi"of Lindera

Objective:To study the gastrointestinal tract and serum related pharmaceutical chemistry experimental research, using different extracted parts of Lindera. Provide experimental basis for building theory and technology platform for clarifying the relationship between "Xin can gas" of the journal Medicine and material foundation.Methods:In turn, adopt in vitro methods and small mouse intestinal experiment, research on atropine,acetylcholine, barium chloride, neostigmine, epinephrine load model. Further determine the effective parts with the stomach cold rat model experiment. Study the effects on rabbit intestinal motion and serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese Medicine experiment of the volatile oil and the water decoction of Radix Linderae.Results:The water decoction、the volatile oil、the ethanol extract of Lindera、the water extraction and alcohol precipitation solution、the water extraction and alcohol precipitation of ether extract、Lindera root dregs alcohol extraction ethyl ether extract、alcohol extraction of petroleum ether extract and alcohol extract and ethyl acetate extract of Lindera root dregs can significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity of isolated ileum of guinea pigs, have significant antagonism on isolated ileum spasm induced by acetylcholine and barium chloride; the volatile oil can make the tension reduction in isolated guinea pig ileum caused by adrenaline firstly further relaxation, and others basically have no effect on the ileal relaxation caused by the adrenaline. In small intestinal propulsion experiment, alcohol extract group and water extraction and ethyl ether extraction of residual group of Lindera root inhibit gastric emptying of stomach, and water decoction group and the water extraction and ethyl ether extraction group promote small intestine propulsion under normal state. The volatile oil group inhibits inhibition furtherly, and alcohol extract ethyl acetate extract group and water extraction and ethyl ether residual group can promote gastric emptying, and alcohol ether residual group can promote small intestine propulsion under condition induced by atropine. The decoction group、 water extract group、essential oil、alcohol extract group and alcohol extract extracted with ether group can inhibit gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion under condition induced by neostigmine.In the cold stomach model rat experiment, the water decoction, volatile oil and alcohol extraction of ether extracts of Radix Linderae could obviously inhibit gastric emptying and significantly reduce the content of plasma cGMP,the water decoction and volatile oil can obviously increase the ratio of cAMP/cGMP of the cold stomach model rat.In the experiment on rabbit intestinal effects, the water decoction and volatile oil decrease the contraction amplitude and frequency of contraction in rabbit intestinal.In the serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese Medicine study, the water decoction has a material peak time in the41th miniature, The volatile oil has two material peaks time respectively in the11.6th min and46.5th min, some component is absorbed into the blood.Conclusions:Research shows that the volatile oil of Lindera gas line is the material basis of "xingqi", and is also the material basis of Pungent gas line.
