Objective: To analyse the effect of Tranexamic Acid in extracorporeal circulation(Cardiopulmonary bypass, CPB) of TNF-a, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, sICAM and NF-KB, explore thecaplicafion of Tranexamic Acid during cardiopulmonary bypass period further. Methods: The patients with60cases valve replacement, age35,65years old, the heart Ⅱ~Ⅲ level. Will they randomly divided into two groups, one group in extracorporeal circulationprocess intravenous ammonia Tranexamic Acid80mg/kg (dissolved in50ml the salt water). The two groups were in turn CPB before (narcotic induction and cut skin before), thecomplex temperature5minutes and return to ICU5minutes extraction artery blood4ml andheparin anticoagulant, were determined by ELISA called a, IL-6, sICAM-1in plasma ofcontent and SABC method compare two sets of NF-KB expression. The anti-inflammatoryeffect of Tranexamic Acid and systemic inflammatory reaction during CPB procession werejudged by statistics analysis.Results:1. There was no significant between two groups with the patient’s age, weight, operation time, aortic clump time (P>0.05)2.The experimental group of TNF-a, IL-6, sICAM-1before CPB with the control groupshowed no significant significance5minutes(P>0.05)., Extracorporeal circulation aftertemperature5minutes, to return to ICU5minutes there is difference between the two groupssignificance (P <0.05).3.there was significant difference between two groups by comparing with the expression of NF-KB through SABC.Conclusion: Systemic inflammation reaction is activated by CPB, and has something to dowith postoperative heart disruption. The produce of platelet activation, adhesion andaccumulation can be inhibitor effectively by AMCA, and systemic inflammation reactionactivated by CPB is relieved better. So AMCA`s anti-inflammatory effect can worked indeferent stages of inflammatory.
