| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Heluoningfeng Granula on the treatment of hemodialysis patients with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in chronic renal failure(CRF),and investigate a more effective method of TCM therapy combining with modern pharmacological studies in treating calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in CRF.Methods: 74 cases of hemodialysis patients with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in CRF were randomly divided into the treatment group(37 cases treated by Heluoningfeng Granula and general treatment)and the control group(37 cases treated by general treatment).Medication for 2 months is a course of treatment.Two groups of patients were continuously taking one course.Changes in TCM syndrome points and laboratory indicators were observed after treatment of patients.The laboratory indicators include: urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Cr),serum calcium(Ca),phosphate(P),intact parathyroid hormone(i PTH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),hemoglobin(HGB),serum albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA).Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were85.29% and 66.67% respectively.The difference is significant(P<0.05);(2)The TCM syndrome integral was significantly decreased in treatment group.And it was better than control group in improving clinical symptoms(P<0.01);(3)The serum Ca in the treatment group was increased,however,serum P and i PTH were decreased.The curative effect was better than the control group(P<0.05);(4)The serum HGB,ALB,PA were increased,and the curative effect was better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)The serum Cr,BUN were decreased in the treatment group,and the curative effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conculsion: Heluoningfeng Granula can regulate the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in chronic renal failure effectively and improve the renal function and nutritional status. |
