Purpose:Through the establishment of animal model of chronic renal failure rats detection rat renal function(serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and the urine trace albumin(MALB)),observe the von willebrand factor(VWF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1)expression in kidney tissues and serum and T lymphocyte immunoassay,investigate renal failure have diarrhoea turbidity decoction on chronic renal failure model in rats,the regulation of microvascular damage further clarify renal failure have diarrhoea muddy soup relieve renal microvascular lost,alleviate the pathological damage,Mechanisms that delay progression of chronic kidney disease(CKD)to end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Experimental technique: According to rats body quality were randomly divided into normal group,model group and 12,only 12 have diarrhoea turbidity soup group 12,potassium chloride sand only 12,four groups were 48,only for healthy SD female rats.Apart from the normal group,model group,xie turbid soup,potassium chloride sand group take adenine induce the animal model of chronic renal failure mode,the normal group,model group NS with equal amounts,xie turbid soup group to renal failure have diarrhoea turbidity decoction lavage,potassium chloride sand group to potassium chloride sand jotham lavage.The contents of creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine MALB in rats were detected on the 14 th and 28 th days respectively.Meanwhile,the wet weight of the kidney and the expressions of VWF,VEGF and icam-1 were measured on the 28 th day,and the proportion of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ subgroups of T lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry(%).Result:1.Compared with the model group,the rats in the xiezhuotang group and losartan potassium group gained weight,hair loss was alleviated and activity was enhanced.2.Compared with the model group,the contents of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine MALB in rats of xiezhuotang group and losartan potassium group were decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Compared with losartan potassium group,the contents of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine MALB in rats in xiezhuotang group were decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Compared with the model group,the expression of VWF,VEGF and icam-1 decreased in the xiezhuangtang group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).5.Compared with the model group,the ratio of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of T lymphocytes in the xiezhuangtang group was up-regulated and the level of CD8+ was decreased,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Shenshuaixiezhuo decoction can improve the general situation of rats with chronic renal failure,enhance the activity of rats,reduce the content of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine MALB,regulate the expression of VWF,VEGF and icam-1,improve vascular endothelial injury,and regulate the damage degree of microvessels.Kidney failure xiezhuo decoction can up-regulate the ratio of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+,improve the function of T cell subsets,improve the level of cellular immunity,reduce the loss of renal microvessels,reduce pathological damage,directly protect the remaining renal units,and thereby delay the development of chronic renal failure.
